Very good service !!!I had the opportunity to be advised by M. Grimard, Vincent and M. Abbruzzese, Tristan. The two individuals demonstrated professionalism and authenticity appreciated by me and my wife who also bought a vehicle a few weeks after me.

I was in the process of buying a used vehicle with a trade-in. I had to go back to the dealership one week later (I live 50 minutes away) so they could get more photos of the trade-in vehicle. After that, no response until now, and that was in the beginning of December. I ended up sending an email cancelling the intention of buying, no response. A week later, the vehicle disappeared from the website (were they trying to sell it to someone else, so that they wouldn’t get my current vehicle as a trade-in?). If it was sold, what’s the deposit worth for? I sent multiple emails, SMS, tried calling but I simply can’t get an answer as to how to get my $100 deposit back, quite frustrating, given the salesman was very attentive since the beginning.EDIT:There was a communication misunderstanding that ended up delaying the reimbursement but it’s all figured out now. Besides this issue, as mentioned before, Mickael was very attentive and provided a great service.

Great service. I live 35 min away from this dealership and there's another just 8 minutes from home.If rather drive all the way to Repentigny, to this dealership and have a good service than having employees touching my personal belongings, changing the language of my system (which wasn't necessary for the service).Anyways, I'm glad to have found a nice dealership. I wish I had bought my car with them.
