Food is good, however, service is awful. Order taker & servers are very slow. They walk around with blinders on. No cutlery on the table until you ask for it & then it takes them time to bring it while you are waiting to eat. They can't anticipate the customers needs. Looks like they are just thrown into the job with no training.

Such a great experience here! We came for lunch and pretty much everything we got tasted great! We ordered the:Sizzling Steak with mushroom sauceSizzling Fish with peppercorn sauceSizzling steak with fried rice and peppercorn sauceChicken pakorasSizzling poutineSizzling BrownieEverything was cooked excellently, the steak tasted really good and the flavors were all super satisfying. I loved all the vegetables that came with the steak, the sides were all cooked well and everything was DELICIOUS! Would definitely come back!If you love desserts, you have to try the sizzling brownie its a really cool experience!

Service was very good. They took time to explain the options and answer all our questions. Food was amazing. I’m in love with their black pepper sauce, on any sizzler. Portion size was also very good. Definitely going back again and highly recommended it to friends and family

It was very bad, stale, nasty sizzlers, I couldn't believe how people eat them.I say this with certainty that 99% of the people come there who do not understand the taste at all.I was wondering how I could spend $70. It was so bad that I left the whole meal. These people do this trick, they heat the plate very well and add the stuff on top of it.They knowingly bring it in such a late period that people like it and it is completely fresh.

A really great place in the heart of Mississauga to enjoy a good meal with a great ambience and vibe. Me and Misses found about it and thought to try it. We ordered the Chicken Satellite & Hokkaido Chicken. Both came sizzling hot and tasted really good. The portion size was great, sauces tasted great and the chicken was fully cooked. The place is really clean and the vibe is amazing. I was skeptical of the wait times as I saw a lot of reviews mentioning that had to wait a long long time before food is served. I went in around 3pm-4pm on a Saturday and did not had such experience. Our food was at our tables in about 20 minutes of placing the order and the serving lady was very nice. I recommend this place if you are in town.
