The staff are very friendly, helpful and nice especially Jenifer Ancheta, from Harvard Western Insurance South Albert is very reliable and experienced. Jenifer has been very helpful to us when it comes to our concerns regarding our car insurance. She will make time and make sure that our concerns are solved. Highly recommend!

I visited Harvard Western on south end and i must say that staff is really friendly and welcoming. Shaina Nakonechny help me today with my questions regarding my auto policy. Shaina was really patient and helpful and explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to provide me excellent service.

I like Harvard Western Insurance as company also since I am in Saskatchewan using their services I never had any issues or complaints. But I wanted to post this because I had a bad experience today. I went to get learner’s license for my spouse and we gave counter agent Sask id to proceed and she ask for 2 residence address proof and we told her that sask id is one and what other we can give? She started shouting saying that Saskatchewan id is not valid for address proof the way she was telling us was so insulting and rude. As We don’t know what proof is valid or not and that’s why we come to get your service. I told the agent that calm down and we just asking you what’s valid and what’s not. After then she was talking calmly but I was so upset with this kind of behaviour because same lady (counter agent) did same thing(rude and insulting behaviour) before with me last year in 2021 but that time I ignored her behaviour. But this happened again today by same person which is not acceptable.

They are very friendly and their advisors are very knowledgable in various unique situations. They have helped me out on more than one occasion. Shaina in particular was awesome as she helped me with a very complex issue. I would strongly recommend Harvard Western Insurance to anyone in Regina, especially the South Albert location.
