Bath & Body Works

Came in just to buy 3 bottles of mini sanitizer. Went to checkout, wasn't greeted, and then the cashier asked me for my email after I paid, and looked offended when I didn't want to provide it. Honestly a terrible sales tactic to sign me up for a mailing list when I never agreed to it.

So I come here from richmond numerous times a month specifically for this store, absolutely in love but the last time I went was so off-putting it makes me not want to come back. Was just wanting to get a candle but I like to browse through the new collections first. there was 2 girls at the front, one asked if we needed help and told about the newest line I was looking at and ushered myself and my bf to the other lady who pushed a sample scent at us when I had said no thanks. We took not even 3 steps away before a 3rd girl asked if we needed any help, to which I said no thank you. We then walked maybe 5 steps away from her, went to smell a lotion and was approached by a 4th girl again asking if we needed help. I understand making sure your customers get the help when needed but we felt so harrassed that we left. We weren't even in the store for 2 minutes. Didn't even make it to the candle section. They need to leave customers alone a bit more, if I want help, I will come up to you and ask for it. Don't ambush your customers the second they enter the store.EDIT- this happened at the beginning of the month

Are you open the hours posted, or not?Came all the way down from Richmond to visit this store. I knew what I needed and I was rather late so I decided to go around and do Bath and Body Works last.I know it's not ideal to be running in in the last 5 minutes, but again, I knew I just needed a couple things, knew what I wanted. But as I walked up, 5 minutes BEFORE close, they closed the gate. Are you open until 9? or 8:55? I've worked in retail, we had to stay open the mall hours exactly or they would fine our store. It's the best I could do to get there before close.I was originally sad to hear that Bath and Body Works was closing some locations, I love shopping local, but they're not helping themselves by driving customers away. I guess I'll be getting my hand soap on Amazon or Body Shop.

Same chain I've been to plenty of times but the staff at thus location are too knotch. Super helpful and friendly.

My friend and I came into the store yesterday. The manager I think, with a brown ponytail behind the counter, was incredibly rude for no reason at all. She seemed to have an attitude & I even saw her yelling at a customer while we were in the store. I doubt I will ever return back to this location again and wish I could give it 0/5 stars.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. No issues finding what I need every time I shop there

Its our family favorite store. There was offer going on body products buy 3 get 3 free. Purchased aroma therapy body lotion, Teakwood body lotion, bourbon shower gel, aloe and palm body cream, gingham body lotion and gingham body cream. I loved the aloe and palm body cream. My husband uses regularly bourbon shower gel.

Came into this location to look for wallflowers and candles. Store was extremely busy as there was a sale that day. I was surprised that the manager, Natasha, took the time to show me, nit. Not only the items I was looking for, but new items as well. Ask for Natasha when you’re next in the store. Great service and product variety at this location . Just a great shopping experience

I usually don’t put any goggle reviews but this time i have too.This is the worst experience i ever had on this Saturday.Their three staff member tall girls were busy in their own chit chat.I think they don’t care what’s happening around. Big lineup outside of the store.One of the Seller was loud and annoying.She need to learn the skills and professionalism how to deal with the customers.(Harleen)I have been w8ting outside for 10 mins and had stuff in my hand and they don’t even bother to give me the bag. Need to hire trained staff.

They got best collection always with exciting offers which you cannot resist..very nice and humble staff always helping and guiding....
