If I could rated zero for tonight experience Iwould. Went to pick up the package and lady there was rude,no custom service,whatever you asked she just shrugged,there was no attentiveness at all.Customer shouldn't avoid going there because of miserable staff.

My tracking #8599378318263369. They posted in the tracking update that they left a delivery card at my house so I can contact them. Well I checked, but there was no card! It’s a lie, someone at Canada Post was too lazy to write one. When I finally tracked down my parcel, I asked the lady at the counter about the missing delivery card, her reply was..” they don’t always do that”! Unbelievable… so it implies that they always lie in their tracking report to look good. I can see why now people are switching to other couriers.

ignorant staff wouldn't accept a drivers license that was expiring that day it wasn't even expired yet technically had to leave and get passport just to pick up a package must have been an uneventful day for them

My son was waiting for his computer to be delivered today and it said out for delivery and all they left was a delivery notice. We ate home all day and their excuse is because of covid. Really?

Always great, today extra special. Lisa took care of me. I did not have packing tape, tried painters tape, utter disaster. Went in with the intention of buying tape and she stopped me. Supplied me with tape and was incredibly kind. Thanks so much!!

Lady at the post office was rude the blonde young lady , I went to pick a registrared letter for my spouse and she refused to give it to me and we both live in a same household u can't refuse give someone's spouse a there letter when they live in a same household which means ur violating ur policy ur a post office not a cop if a person or another person picks it up for them on their behalf with there ID and post notice with them n they have their name in the back written they can and ur allowed to give it to them and I came there at 3:53 that's only 7min before closing she could have still gave it to me . Better deal with her and I know ppl in that store I've been going there for 38yrs .

Excellent service with two fairly complicated parcels. Not sure how they got rated so low, the lady that served me was the best.
