We arrived home from vacation to discover we had no hot water, and my biggest regret is that we did not call Chady that day. When I reached out he immediately responded, and upon learning we had no hot water he immediately came out. He listened to my questions and (uninformed) thoughts, and provided us with excellent advice and recommendations. He's not pushy, but wants the best for a customer. I had no hesitation telling him we wanted to work with him on the spot. That same day he provided me with a quote, and even came out late in the day to perform the install, so we'd have hot water for the kids in the morning. Friendly, knowledgeable, and follows-up on his work - I strongly recommend Chady be your first call!

Excellent service. Very fair price and exceeded expectations. Chady installed a gas BBQ line, fast! In his estimate, he pointed out where the original builder’s contractor didn’t properly manifold the existing gas services which results in low pressure at the furnace and proved it by showing the premature carbon build up in the burner. Explained everything very well like he was giving a clinic to a 10 yo. Chady took it upon himself to fix what the original build contractors had messed up. You want it done right call GNH!! Honest dudes, no double talk and didn’t pad the price. Definitely a trusted agent.

Chady from Great North Heating is awesome! We were having problems with our AC unit, he came the next day, fixed it and upgraded our thermostat in record time! Our house is now cool and ready for summer. We’ll definitely be using them for all heating and cooling needs!

My recent experience with Great North Heating was fantastic!! Chady came to install an air conditioning unit in our town home. Due to our home not being built to easily accommodate an AC unit, and some unique DIY that was done by a previous owner in the finished part of our basement, there were quite a few obstacles to get the unit installed. Chady was able to quickly solve each new problem that came up, and he had come prepared with every tool imaginable so he was able to address all of these issues and still finish the installation in an afternoon. While Chady was here he also serviced our furnace and changed the filter. If you're looking for someone who is highly knowledgable with outstanding customer service I would highly recommend Great North Heating!!
