I found John completely by accident when I was casually looking for a house and had no agent. He was the listing agent for a house I arranged to see and we hit it off immediately. I never did buy that house from him, lol, but he took me on as a client to find the perfect house for me. He and Becky worked tirelessly evaluating various homes that met my requirements and arranged for me to attend private showings for more houses than I could count. My house sold within a day or two of being on the market with multiple offers in probably the worst time to put a house up and I honestly got far more money for it than I ever realistically expected. Being in the business he is, he has contacts for almost anything you need for your house and managed to hook me up with contractors for electrical work and redoing my kitchen shortly after I moved in. I have recommended him to friends and family and I know of at least 3 other houses he has either sold or assisted with the purchase of through those recommendations. I don't think I could recommend him enough to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house.
