After paying a ine year subscriptionfor almost 300$ I realized that most of the time the pools are booked for private classes where you have to pay extra, or it is under some kind of maintenance, do not wste your time and money.

I often see people that enter the pool without having first taken a shower. While the pools may be chlorinated, germs and fecal matter can still contaminate the water for significant periods of time. Requiring showers before entering is a simple standard that can help and is enforced at many pools.The use of the recreational pool by competitive swimmers to do laps while children are swimming. Children are not allowed in the competitive pool for good reason as it is dangerous for them, the same applies to having people swimming laps in the recreational pool where children are playing.I cancel our membership

Great location. The pool is large and warm. The prices are reasonable as well, especially if you’re a resident of a neighbouring town they have a partnership with. I live in Candiac and get the resident price.

Great pool! Reservations are a bit complicated at first on their website, but the pool is always very clean and warm. Staff is polite and professional. Would just be nice to have more swimming lanes when the Maitres nageurs are there or add a swim hour for the free swim before their trainings.

Excited to get our boys started with their swimming lessons! Nice tour of the facilities. Friendly and informative staff. Free swim with the kids in the evening = awesome! Opting for private swim lessons for more 1 on 1 teaching time with our kids rather then share 25 minute with a group of other children. Crazy how the course got butchered to under 30mins a class from 45-60mins.

As far as the lessons and teachers go, couldn’t be happier. But the rules of this place are terrible. They only allow spectators in the stands which is on the complete opposite end of where the kids are taught to swim. They do not let you sit on the benches around the pool. They do not let you watch from the window near the pool. If your child is taking lessons here, unless you bring a telescope there is no way to watch your child learn to swim, which sucks. I don’t know if the ridiculous rules are to blame or if it’s the construction of the building that was poorly planned but at the typing of this review I’m currently standing outside in the rain in December as it’s the closets view I can get of my wife swimming with our daughter.

Super ! Love the kids pool, it’s big it’s warm it’s fun! Love how they made one wall see through with coloured lights, too. Very nice place ! Except the locker rooms are so confusing, mixed in some places and not in others. And they are freezing !
