Ask obvious questions before purchasing online.Nice and speedy service but I definitely did not find the description of my product and what I received to be well described on the website. Ordered a roll of reed which the site said is 185ft. Ok that’s long and I didn’t expect to receive random strips of what looks like scraps. Some were about 3 ft while others were 4 or 5 ft. I needed lengths of at least 10 ft to create strength for the base of my box. It does not say anywhere on the product page that the items would arrive in different lengths.

I stumbled across Levair's Caning Supplies when I was looking to replace the caning in a set of Breur chairs. I had previously purchased these supplies from Lee Valley but they stopped carrying the products. Levair's was extremely helpful in making sure I got bought the suitable caning and the correct cord. They also shipped the products quickly. I recommend them to anyone looking to recane an old set of chairs.
