Anish and Nidish Abraham were very helpful with our investment purchase and guided us really well. We sold a property in Burnaby through them before the foreign buyer ban was made official. And they were quick to ensure that the property was sold to an investor before the new rules. We are happy with their service and the urgency with which they prioritized out deal and made sure it completed before the new ban. We wanted to sell and retire and they made our process as stress free as possible in a difficult market.

Most unprofessional, unethical, irresponsible and incompetent realtors I have ever come across. Employed them last year to purchase a house and to sell off my townhouse. As soon as the advance for the purchased house was given (subject free), they changed their colors and created hinderances to sell our townhouse. We had 1 month to sell the townhouse in a very hot market. Got offers from day zero but due to their unprofessional and incompetent handling, 4 offers got collapsed in first 3 weeks because they would reveal all our inside information like motivation to sell, etc. We doubt they were trying to put us in pressure to get a lower price for someone. We also doubt they gave our financial information while buying the house as well.With only 1 week left for closing of the purchased house, we requested that since they are not able to sell the townhouse, may we please change the realtor as we are in a very difficult situation. To this, they turned very hostile, aggressive and rude and refused to give us the no objection letter (required to change the realtor). I have worked with realtors in the past who themselves give up the contract if they are not able to buy/sell a property in time. However, even after getting the commission for the house that we bought through them and letting them try to sell the townhouse for 3 weeks, they did not have the courtesy and basic decency to let us change our realtor. We had to complain about them to their broker firm (Jovi realty) to get the no objection letter after a lot of hassle and my family going through an emotional trauma.Without exaggeration, it was the most traumatic time for us in our life, all because of these two brothers. They initially come across as very polite and understanding but are always looking to take undue advantage of their clients. I consider it my duty to inform the public to be careful about engaging Nidish Abraham and Anish Abraham for any kind of dealings. I am very confident that beyond being unprofessional and incompetent, they are not good people in the first place.I will not be surprised if they respond to this review with bunch of lies and fabricated stories. These kind of realtors bring bad name to the rest of real estate professionals.I wish I could give a negative star rating!

I will say they are unprofessional and unknowledgable with zero ethics. You can't rely on them. I was about to hire them, but then I contacted them and the way they asked me about selling my house was disgraceful.
