We can't thank Aldergrove Animal Hospital enough for the love and kindness they showed us when we had to put our good old boy down. From the first phone call to the moment we left they were nothing but wonderful, compassionate and professional. Both the vet techs and the vet himself were amazing. Thank you so much for making our very difficult decision as easy as possible.

We've been with Aldergrove Animal Hospital for a few years now.. They have been wonderful and compassionate-- they truly treat my dog like their own and have a lot of knowledge and experience that comes across as sincere when discussing difficult options for surgeries and treatments.Their staff are also INCREDIBLE! Very polite, compassionate, and will help with any questions they can. Front desk is very organized and wonderful with remembering names, the technicians staff are great with animal handling and concerns.I really appreciate their e-mail service as well. It allows me to ask questions after hours and receive a timely response once they're open.They've been very resourceful, accessible, and helpful in a VERY timely manner. I cannot truly express how grateful we are with Dr. Neville and Dr. Ayers. Thank you for everything you've done!

The staff at Aldergrove Animal Hospital were extremely accommodating to an emergency situation with our dog. They were able to get him in quickly despite being fully booked and over the course of the day did assessments that helped us to make decisions moving forward.. They kept us well informed of what was happening and what our options were moving forward. Doctor Tania has been great.

Aldergrove Animal Hospital has had amazing service for our American bulldog. He tore his ligament and required TPLO surgery. We have had the aftercare appointments with the animal hospital and they have been very accommodating. The staff has also reached out after the appointments to check in on our pup. We actually live around an hour away from the animal hospital, but we will continue to drive there as they provide outstanding service.

Recently, I moved and decided to try Aldergrove Animal Hospital. In all my experiences, I have never met a more fantastic and supportive team of professionals. Dr. Erica, Dr. Ricky and Dr. Tanya are amazing at what they do and each of them have showed sincere compassion towards my little Tinkerbell. The veterinary technicians and assistants are beyond helpful and demonstrate the same compassion and care I was provided by the vets. I recently had to make a very difficult decision to euthanize my 15-year-old dog. Dr. Erica and the team made an effort to email me almost daily asking for updates on my Tinkerbell while she was sick. Without them, I might have gone stir crazy wondering about my dog’s wellbeing. Never in my experiences have I had a veterinarian or their team reach out to me and provide advise basically for free.Along with this, their pricing is very reasonable and they provide many different services. I will forever take my little furry family members to this clinic and cannot thank the team and Dr. Erica enough for the support they provided me and my family.

I moved to aldergrove a year ago and took my two dogs here. The reviews are right, the staff are friendly and the vets seem to be as well… but for accommodating they fail! Badly! My dog is blind, at Xmas time he developed an eye infection… I called multiple times trying to get him in… was told 3 weeks wait, but I could call every morning when they opened to see if they could fit him in. Ended up taking him all the way back to my original vet 45 minutes away. Today I tried again… now it’s a two week wait…. I won’t be returning. Being in the healthcare industry, there are always times set aside for emergency visits… yet this office makes no attempt to help. The dog is blind! Another eye infection = oh well! They may be nice and friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the inability to even try and accommodate their patients! Not sure what kind of “care” they are providing, by allowing pets to live with infections and suffer…. Twice! But they sure are nice on your first visit…

From the phone call until the consultation everyone was great! We are very thankful that the staff was able to accommodate our little senior Milo for a consultation. The front desk and the vet assistant were very caring and loving to Milo. Dr. Tanya is amazing, she is also very caring and knowledgeable. We are glad that we went there.Thanks once again!

I’m so happy I chose to take my dog to this clinic. We inherited a lovely cavalier King Charles spaniel from our late grandma. Along with a stunning personality she also came with severe dental problems. Dr.Tanya made absolutely sure that our girl was clear for surgery and took the utmost care in insuring her health and safety even with. Pre-existing heart murmur.. She also took the time the explain exactly what was needed for her dental treatment and why. She called right after surgery and informed me what had been done and reassured me that she made her decisions as if it were her own dog. Our girl is recovering well after many extractions and we hope to have many years with her knowing that the clinic will help us monitor her heart murmur and any other concerns that may arise. I was happy with the quote we received and was not charged more than I was expecting. Lovely, lovely clinic from reception to surgery. I couldn’t ask for more from a veterinarian.

I'm new to BC and had an awesome trip to the vet for my cat's annual wellness exam and bloodwork. My appointment started on time, they were so thorough checking over Finny, and even offered to email me the test results when they were ready. The online appointment booking made setting the appointment really easy too. Would totally recommend this clinic to friends and family.
