I have only great things to say about this company and their staff. Wonderful customer service from both the office staff as well as the technicians that come out on site to our home. The technician who came out this morning to complete the A/C and furnace maintenance checkup has been the same gentleman whose been coming here since we had both units installed 5 years ago. He’s very professional, thorough and always takes time to review the maintenance checklist with me. He’s also very patient with me when I have questions. It’s always nice to see him and we greet him like a friend.I would highly recommend Aire One Newmarket if you’re looking to replace your A/C, furnace or both. Great company to deal with!!!!

Mark was excellent, he arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. Mark had full knowledge of the Carrier unit he was inspecting and repairing. He took the time to not only explain what he had found but also what he was doing to fix it. Mark stayed to make sure everything was running to manufacturer specifications and checked in after the visit to ensure that the issue had been resolved.I would recommend Mark for service in the future.

Furnace broke down on a cold day. Mark was here in hours, diagnosed and borrowed a simple part from a demo unit at his office to keep us warm rather than going to a hotel.Excellent service and nice guy I trust.

My furnace failed in January 2020, I contacted Aire One for a furnace replacement in the peak of Winter and I experienced 5 star service from them. They were very competitively priced (did not try to benefit frommy situation), were quick to respond and wasted no time in getting things set up for my install. They did everything that was agreed upon (in writing) and on time. I ordered a Carrier Infinity system as they are a registered Carrier Dealer. I am a mechanical engineer and I was worried about the quality of install, I did not want anyone cutting corners in installation of a Sophisticated system. My Installation required some duct and vent modifications. I can say Aire One installed the equipment with extreme care and precision, following local codes. I found dealing with Hossein and Ali to be a very satisfying experience. I would certainly recommend them for any residential HVAC project.

We've been a resident of Newmarket since 1995. I first used Aire One North Heating & Cooling in 2004 after needing to add central A/C to our new home at the time. I recall in June of 2004 that it was an extremely hot day and my wife and I decided that we could no longer wait to install an A/C system. We contacted Aire One North Heating & Cooling after seeing an Ad in the local paper...looked like a fair deal! They had our A/C installed the next day...and we still have this A/C system today. Next in 2020, we had them install a Humidifier to our HVAC system. After contacting them they had the unit installed the next day. Finally, in November 2022, our furnace wasn't working very well and began venting some concerning smells from the exterior exhaust pipe. I had only one call to make...it was to Aire One North Heating & Cooling!!! They came to our home the next day to investigate the furnace issue. With the age of the existing unit and needing expensive replacement parts, if available, it was recommended to replace the unit. A fair offer was presented to us so we decided to go ahead. We had a new high efficiency unit installed the next day! Technicians were awesome!We've been a customer for close to 19 years now. I definitely recommend including Aire One North Heating & Cooling in any HVAC decisions you may have.And lastly, we had been waiting for our $ rebate for the new furnace and were advised it could be likely a few months before we'd receive it. On Monday 30-Jan-23 I called to inquire about the status of it. They said they'd investigate and get back to me. The next day I received a call to tell me that my $rebate was ready to be picked up at their office. Rather than wait any longer, they provided us with a check for the $Rebate amount.Aire One North Heating and Cooling has met our expectations and exceeded them. I had issue with my Furnace installation, contacted AireOne, they sent a technician within a few days and addressed the issue quickly. Every time I contacted their office they were very responsive and respectful, I will do business with them in future, I wish I knew them earlier!

Our first experience with Aire One was in 2008, when we had them install a new AC unit. At that time, we entered into an arrangement where Aire One came regularly to check both the heating and AC units. This arrangement has worked well, and I'm confident that our systems are in good shape. If a major fix or replacement is ever needed, I'll have no difficulty in having Aire One do the necessary work! I'm obviously pleased with the level of service we've received from this company!

Aire One North is simply phenomenal! When our furnace suddenly broke down on a night when temperatures were expected to drop to an icy -40C, we were in a state of panic. But, a simple call to their services was all it took to turn our night around. To our surprise, Technician SAM arrived at our doorstep in less than an hour and expertly fixed the issue in no time. Communication was seamless and SAM's advice was invaluable. We couldn't be more grateful to Aire One North for their speedy and amazing service.

This Company is the best. Over years I have had many different contractors working in my house. I think that the level of customer service and friendliness maintained by Aire One North was outstanding. They responded to my call quick and provided good service at a reasonable rate. I am happy that we have trustworthy contractors in our neighbourhood.
