In a year that garden centers were lacking, HOME DEPOT has lots of stock, good quality. Prices are mid range, but with the pandemic restrictions in place and prices skyrocketing, HD is a good place to shop this year.

Awesome service! Staff greet you when you arrive and offer to help you find what you're looking for, if you need it!

It was very big which is usually how it is but we found it to be somewhat confusing and many employees were standing around discussing life outside of work then actually paying attention and helping. It was disappointing that when we looked up their website to see if they had the microwave stand we wanted it said yes so we drove there and really had to look and finally had to interrupt some to ask, and then we found out that nope they didn't have it so not really impressed

Always helpful and kind employees. Store is neat and clean. You can pretty much get anything you need for your home improvement projects. Can always find something I didn't need as well. Good sales and promotions.

If you are a pro and want to be talked down to by a bunch of unqualified minimum wage employees, go here. You will love their return policy because more than likely they will try to sell you the wrong thing.

I was told by a staff member unless I had a picture to show him" of what I was describing...I was describing a type of flooring...then he wouldn't be able to help me. I found another staff member and she knew right away. Another time I went there to return an item with about 10 min to close...I was told they had shut down the till it was too late. Not to mention the countless times I was followed around as if I was a shoplifter. Like what am I going to steal? A fridge? The look on there face when I spent 1500 on a washer and dryer. They were mad they had to help me to my vehicle. Don't waist your time. Go somewhere else."

Best store for what you need. Whether you're a gardener or a builder they have it. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist in any way.

We purchased a fridge and stove from Home Depot. The delivery people had problems getting the fridge in (old house). My husband made the door wider, then Home Depot and delivery company worked together to assure we received our fridge. Thank you to the Home Depot manager and the lady who helped reorder our fridge.

Updated, no longer 5 star.. my latest experience has been a nightmare. I was given a homedepot gift card for my Birthday. I decided to use it to get a new dremel and accessories kit. Total came up $33 over the gift card amount. So, I used my debit card as well to cover the balance.I ordered online on Monday (family day in Ontario) and aimed to pick up at the store this morning. Last night, I received an email indicating there was an issue using the gift card. I took a look at my bank, and they had gone and double billed $33. This was my first red flag (it gets worse). So I attempted to call the gift card line, was told that the card had the funds on it, and there was nothing more their department could do.So this morning, I took a look, and the total charges of $66 had been refunded. I went to the store for other items. While there, I get an email stating my order is ready for pickup (woot it worked out! At least that's what I thought)I head to customer service to pick my order up. The woman at the counter pulls up the order on her system. Mumbles something about glitch with gift card then goes gets the item. Hands me the packing slip and item and I am off (thinking Yay I got my item and it all worked out") only to find out the teller decided to remove the gift card as payment and just billed my bank account.I head back to the store. To be accused of attempting to defraud them. I explain to multiple associates what has happened. Not a single person owns the issue. They all pass it off as another department problem. I speak with the associate I dealt with and ask why she didn't just cancel the order. If there was a problem with the gift card

I wanted to purchase a few items, but because I was driving a commercial vehicle, I was quickly told to leave before I could even shut off my truck.
