Fremont Village Dental

Wonderful Dentists but most unprofessional NEW front desk staffs. Started going there because great ppl working there , but some how after COVID , new hires don't know even basic stuff. SAD but changing dentist because of the front staff.

I am normally scared to go to the dentist as I have sensitive teeth and gums and have a strong gag reflex but each time I go to Fremont it has been a very pleasant experience regardless of who my hygienist is. I would highly recommend coming here for a comfortable and good cleaning. Very clean environment with friendly and professional staff.

Most times I've gone it's been fantastic with friendly staff and great service for patients. The last time I went I had a terrible experience! The hygienist was incredibly agressive on my gums, made no attempt at conversation and was outright rude to me the entire time.Update: I spoke with the manager and she assured me it would not happen again. Really great chat and was happy to connect and address what had happened. I will increase my review and will reconsider at my next appointment.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at Fremont Dental over the 4 years that I’ve been a patient. My appointments always run on time, billing with a lovely front desk staff is simple, and the cleaning and exam experience is as relaxing as a dental experience can be. The hygienists are all friendly, gentle and knowledgeable!

The staff is amazing best experience at a dental office ever. I know hard to believe someone saying something like that about a dentist but it is true. Please make Fremont dental your office of choice for all your dental needs.

Been going there for years, unfortunately my dentist Dr. Bortolussi is now retired, but the other Dentists there are just as competent. I get my teeth cleaned at Fremont every 3 months and I love my hygienist! She is very knowledgeable, caring and does a great job!

I usually don't leave reviews for dental offices or things of that nature, but Fremont Village Dental is too good not to. I changed to Fremont when I moved to the area and am very happy I chose here. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the dentist are absolutely amazing. The hygienists always make time to get to know you and tell you about the entire cleaning process. I always feel so welcome and comfortable here. Highly recommend!

I have been to this Dental Clinic for as long as I can remember and they have always treated me so well, just like family. Anna is always so kind and always remembers little details I tell her about my life and makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. Could not recommend them more!❤️

I started going to Fremont Village Dental shortly after they opened because it was super convenient to where I live. However, I couldn't imagine where I would be in my restorative dental journey without all the Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants, Counter and Support Staff.My first visit was after years of not having benefits and being neglectful, so my mouth was a complete train wreck, but the conversation was always constructive, positive, goal oriented and working WITH me to make sure that experience was first class.Everyone is always so friendly and amazing, they make me feel extremely comfortable and it has made so much of a difference in my life to have a smile that I'm proud of AND WANT TO TAKE CARE OF!Some times the procedures can be scary, and the journey for Oral Health and Hygiene can be overwhelming, but I honestly don't know where I would be without this team.Thank you sosososososososososos much <3
