We've recently purchased and installed a cedar barrel sauna from Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc (DLC) in November 2020. I researched several regional sources for a sauna and decided Dundalk was the best option for quality and support for where we live. We have not been disappointed. Due to COVID there was a waiting time which I was informed of before I purchased. The predicted wait time turned out to be accurate & delivery happened on schedule. DLC has been responsive to a myriad of questions I had during the purchase process and wait time for our sauna delivery as I prepped the base for the sauna installation, ran electrical etc... During the sauna build, any questions I had were answered typically within an hour or so during business hours. I had 2 small issues with internal supporting parts and Dundalk shipped me replacement pieces within a few days. Aside from these 2 minor issues which Dundalk quickly addressed, the overall build quality of the sauna and the quality and thickness of the wood is amazing. Everything fit together beautifully and the end result speaks for itself. I've even been able to test the sauna in -17C at night and it gets more than hot enough. We are very happy with this purchase and the customer service received from DLC. Highly recommended based on our experience so far.

We purchased a Dundalk Sauna last year. It is absolutely amazing!!! We live in Winnipeg and even at 20 below it's still works great!!! I much larger inside than it looks. Customer service is amazing!!! I would highly recommend Dundalk!!!.

Purchased a Wood Fired Hot Tub from this company via Costco and it has been a disaster since we received the product. The heater has broken twice. I am waiting now for another heater and have been without a hot tub for 1 month already and told I have to wait another 3 months. Costco is no longer carrying this product (perhaps an indication of the quality). The company was not friendly or understanding about the issue when I contacted them and offered me nothing. They have been problematic for Costco as well since it has taken Costco more than a month to find a resolution (to wait another 3 months for the heater).

I would give 10 stars if possible. The quality of craftsmanship is truly incredible for this sauna. It took me about 5 hours to assemble as they claim but went very smoothly step by step. I preferred using the video to the manual. This thing gets crazy HOT, I love it! Amazing customer service from first day of purchase, answering all my questions right away. Crate arrived perfectly delivered and all pieces were beautiful. Best purchase I have made in a long time and is a showpiece. Actually looking forward to winter so I can use it everyday!

Purchased Cedar Barrel Sauna with porch. Everything was great. Came well packaged and organized. No prob setting up. I did it myself in approximately 6 hrs. They have great videos on U-Tube showing installation. Definitely watch this as it makes things a lot easier. After set up , heated it up in the eve and it was fabulous. Good quality and well crafted. Not to mention the customer service was excellent when asking questions prior to purchase. Highly recommend this sauna.

My pod sauna was installed on June 30th (one week ago). The sauna structure is solid and it looks great. My one concern relates to water seepage and water stains on the cedar interior. This was not mentioned in the marketing materials. The company's representative has confirmed the roof membrane was correctly installed and that the water seepage is normal. Photos of my 1 week old sauna with water stains are attached. If the seepage was less prominent, I would have provided 5 stars.

I purchased the Mini Pod last January. Super easy to assemble, step by step instructions and all materials came in the package. Reviewing the videos on-line prior to assembly helped a ton. I love this this little beauty. Heats in less than an hour and seats 4 comfortably. We generally only have two users, with room to lay out on the benches. As a firefighter, this has become a regular tool I use to detox from carcinogens and destress after a long shift at work. Amazing investment for my physical and Mental Health.

Very disappointed in my sauna purchase from Dundalk.Spent over $12,000 for a sauna that was severely water stained just weeks after installation. The boards didn't fit properly so the installers had to cut with a hand-saw which has led to further water seepage through the crack.The sauna only gets up to a temperature around 60C at the bench height. The temperature is good near the ceiling but the benches sit too low to receive adequate heat. I've had the heater checked by an electrician and it's fine.The seller has not been helpful. Regret my purchase and would advise looking elsewhere.

Love their saunas, this is my second one but I can not get anyone to answer me at Leisure Craft about my benches catching on fire! I have written 2 emails in the last months. I’ve had their wood burning sauna for 8 years and never had problems. Purchased this last one a year ago because we moved. I don’t know if the materials changed but this is what happened. Kinda scared to use it now! Would be nice to get help from them as to what can be done...
