I have always had good experiences at hostels until I stayed here. I would NEVER EVER recommend that anyone stay here unless your life depended upon it.Horrible owner!!! He shouldn’t be working in customer services or hospitality. Very rude with zero consideration for his paying, travelling customers.I would give no stars if possible.

The staff and location we're second to none. For hotels in that area it is very expensive but do not expect much in the way of amenities. Would definitely recommend. Bang for buck it was great!

Expérience d’une nuit, satisfaisante mais sans plus : chambre très rudimentaire et pas très propre, idem pour les sanitaires.Au niveau du service, réceptionniste très sympathique et de bons conseils.Parking disponible mais très limite (on avait un peu peur de retrouver notre véhicule vandalisé).Emplacement pratique car proche du centre ville mais nous ne nous sommes pas senties en sécurité. Quartier un peu malfamé (fréquentation par du quartier par des sans abris et sous substance). L’auberge est située en face d’un bar un peu mal fréquenté et assez bruyant.

I have stayed in better hostels than this one. The common washrooms smelled so horrible that I did not even feel like taking shower in them. other travellers were extremely noisy and had no consideration for people staying there. I felt like leaving this place immediately; however, it being a long weekend I would not have got any other place to stay. Also, I was charged an additional 40 cad as a commission for booking.com. I felt that the tiny place that I stayed in was overly priced. I will not recommend this place to anyone else.
