Lube City

I was there for couple minutes ago, i asked for tire fix, at 4.30 pm they said (the black guy) we can’t take you in, because it’s already 5 oclock!!!!!! WERY UNPROFESSIONAL ACTING

Came here before and was treated to the best service I had ever recieved. Went in yesterday and it was the complete opposite. Started off they did not have the filter I normally get and buddy dropping tools and parts close to half a dozen times. They told me I was recommended last time to do power steering which I said to do but then they told me they don't have the proper allen key. I asked if they had head lights, they said yes so I asked to change those and they said it was too difficult to do. I noticed my battery was getting weak before I came in and knew they sold batteries that I was hoping to buy. As I was sitting there I could see they marked on the screen that they checked my battery. I asked if they actually did because I could see they hadn't, buddy fumbled with the machine for a minute, than said he could not check it because of something or another. Really enjoyed my previous experiences there, not sure if it's new owners or employees but it is no longer the same. I will now be going to a different company as lube city's everywhere seem to be having the same issues.

Super super helpful. They were kind and knowledgeable. The manager of the place talked/showed me through everything they were going to do to help me out. Definitely will go again. 5 stars.

Service was friendly and quick. Had my oil change done right before leaving on a road trip to find out half way that my washer fluid wasn’t topped up. I guess lube city doesn’t do this anymore. This wouldn’t have been an issue if It was just mentioned but it’s part of an oil change that I’ve come to expect from other oil/lube businesses.

I came in during the first snow fall where everyone wanted to change tires. I waited in line and one of the staff started checking my winter tires and found out that my tires were expired. Brian, the manager, helped me order a new set of tires and gave me a very good price with rebate. I came back the next day and only waited for 30 minutes to put the tires on. Great staff, awesome deal and excellent service!

Came for an oil change Saturday 12pm had to wait about 45 mins as there was a bit of a line, but I didn’t mind at all because someone came out right away to greet me and told me which door to wait in-front of. 2 staff and the manager were so friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back again, probably on a weekday.

Fast service, always friendly. Workers are consistent. Remember returning customers. They are hard working bunch of guys here.

Amazing service! Dealt with my coolant and transmission alongside the oil change. Definitely recommend!

First time using this chain and location. Fast, professional and courteous. Very clean shop, several options for service, fair price. What more could you ask?

*this review was submitted a long time ago but didn't seem to post???NOT COVID FRIENDLYUpon entering, a technician asked for my mileageI told him, but it was like he didn't believe me, so he took the liberty to just reach into my vehicle and hit buttons on my dash. After gathering my information, he left and another technician took over. He cleaned the windows then began taking my information all over again. When he asked for the mileage, he too just felt free to reach into my vehicle and hit buttons on my dash..wth?? When the oil change was done, I was asked to leave my vehicle, walk through the service bay and pay. Every other lube center brings the payment machine to you so you don't have to get out of your vehicle. In the end, it was more expensive than the competition, so I won't be back.
