I haven’t experienced such a bad customer service via email honestly. I have asked politely about date of advanced workshop and I only got one word answer. No “Hi or Hallo” , let alone “thank you for you interested”, they are on Groupon so probably would appreciate more solid customer but this is definitely not the way how to reach them. So sad.

We went to the pasta making class and it was really good. Got to make spaghetti and linguini from scratch. The instructor was very clear and straightforward

I took a pasta making course with some friends and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The lesson was over 3 hours and you not only learn about the ingredients and techniques for making different pastas but you also get to make a batch in the class! I think this is a great activity to do if you are looking for something different.

My wife and I attended a Sourdough making class about a month ago and had a great experience. It was a hands on class where we started and made our own dough which we then took home and baked to amazing results. We also all left the class with some starter that we are continuing to use to make bread regularly, each time getting better at it. This class was great and I’ve recommended it to friends.

The sourdough lesson that my daughter and I attended before the lockdown has proven to be an investment that has paid off many times over! Now that we're housebound, we are able to make a loaf a day, and have dug into many recipes that use the discard. The starter that Nick provided us at the end of the lesson is thriving, especially in this warm weather. In the lesson, Nick's explanations of everything were crystal clear, and he gave a good sense of what was important to adhere to closely and also aspects of the procedure that were more forgiving. I would highly recommend his course to anyone who is interested.
