Michelle Farrow Psychotherapy, (Trauma, EMDR, Brainspotting, Maternal Mental Health and First Responders)

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and using the NeurOptimal that she offers through her practice. Over the course of a month we used the device which helps to “retrain” your brain without reliving the trauma or experiences. The 30 min sessions were relaxing and calming and we noticed that we were more present in our day to day lives. We found that we didn’t spend as much time looking backwards, and reliving past experiences, and that we didn’t have as much worry about the future. I can describe it best as an overall feeling of peacefulness. I highly recommend taking advantage of this service - you really have nothing to lose!
