I got stood up 2 times from these people. Called the 1st time ,made a appointment just for them to not show or call. I called them, the women said they were busy with a basement leak was told someone would come out on the 10th. Same thing no show, no call, and no answer. Thanks for nothing!

We had a drain clog turn into a bigger issue and take out our bathroom late in the evening. We left an email asking for help. They answered it at 3 am so I knew the plan when I got up! We were fixed by noon the same day including a repair of a tub fitting, clearing the original clog and installation of a cleanout which the original installer (not these folks) should have put in.Now we can prevent problems. These are fix it right" people."

Recently we had a leaking kitchen faucet replaced by this plumbing company. Previously, they replaced our hot water tank. They provided excellent service in both cases. A simple call to the office describing our need was returned with a date and time for service. The plumbing team (2 people) arrived on time, worked professionally and kept the place clean. Conversation was pleasant and focused to the work at hand.We highly recommend this company and will be calling them for future repairs or renovations.

Adam and his crew have been very helpful with a few plumbing issues around the house. From well water pump, sump pumps, water treatment systems, a kitchen faucet installation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend highly.

I see lots of good reviews on here but here's my experience.We hired them to install an emergency backup sump pump and then we suffered two floods. The first one was because they made a couple of honest mistakes. The plumber said they had installed 60-80 of these same systems and couldn't understand why ours failed. I read the instructions and showed them that they had not drilled the hole needed to break vacuum so the pump was air locking. I also had to figure out myself how to get the wifi alert system to function. We had to claim insurance on our finished basement and live with a ripped up floor for a couple of months. To compensate us, they did not charge for the equipment or their time. At this point it was just a bad experience.Then the second flood happened. We lost power during a storm and the float for the new emergency back up sump pump kept sticking. We called for assistance but Adam MacDonald Plumbing is ignoring us. I went out and bought a $1700 generator this time to get our main sump pump operating. Another ripped up basement and now a sump pump that scares me.I contacted the manufacturer of the back up sump pump to get some warranty service for the float that doesn't always work. But I don't have any invoice or receipt for the work so they won't help me. I requested a receipt from Adam MacDonald but they won't respond. They are completely ghosting me, hence this awful review.I get that maybe the technician that came to my house needed to learn a few things about sump pumps. But there's no excuse to leave a customer to deal with all these problems with no support.
