VDEC is awesome! They have so many different options for dentists and their teams to continue to grow and learn. Their topics span the most important areas of dentistry, which is very helpful, as I can choose what I want to focus on this year, then switch the following year if I need to.

VDEC Elite has been a great experience for me. It is great having a group of excellent doctors to call friends. It is great for support both clinically and business and personally. I have got so much from this great group, both from Wilson but also the other members. I am going back next year. Nuf said.

The smile design course was a great way to learn about all aspects that come into play when recreating one’s smile. It provided a great base on the didactic days to be able to move through the clinical days confidently, with the support of our mentors.
