I had to come give a review this time after talking to customer service because they are absolutely amazing . Price is great and everytime I've had to call the customer service is just as great . Thank you for giving affordable and amazing internet service.

'Your requested cancellation date is too far ahead, we cannot cancel your service'. Giving me the runaround to call at the exact moment, probably saying once I call again, that now it is too late to cancel. Typical corporate nonsense giving customers the runaround to deliberately make them miss the date where they can cancel. They didn't tell me WHEN I have to call to cancel, from there you can see their intention of trying to make their customers miss the cancellation date. Btw, speed service was miserable, I only got a third of the speed of what I paid for. Beware, avoid.

Internet service cut out often. Don't expect to know what's happening during an outage because they wont update their website or social media to let you know (or even that there is an outage). If you have a credit on your account after cancelling their services, you'll have to pay them to send you your money. When I asked if I could have the money sent back to a credit card if I added one to my account they said they don't send credit back to cards...my invoice literally says you can get it by cheque OR card so that's pretty weird that suddenly they decided the only way for me to get my money is to pay for a cheque to be sent to me. They are in the business of scamming you out of money. Wouldn't reccomend unless you're really out of options, like maybe if it's the only internet service that exists in your area (and even then going without might be the better option). At least the customer service (if you can get ahold of them) are decent to chat with and try to be helpful, it's not their fault the company is unhinged.And before the owner can say they have no customer details matching my name as they seem to do for a lot of negative reviews: I am reviewing on behalf of my household, my partners name is on our account. So I was a customer.Edit: Just as I mentioned would happen above, the owner commented saying they couldn't find my details, even though in my review I explained my situation. That just tells me they didn't even take the time to read it and just copy and pasted the typical reply to make any negative review seem false. Customer beware.

Worst internet provider! Stayed with these guys for over 4 years and for last 3 months I have been having poor connection and the best they do is ask me to Buy" a new modem /ethernet cable to even help get the support and when asked for a upgrade - they simply wants to read what's available on the site. This was an interaction with the retention team lol - no idea why this team exists!Stay away from this provider!"

Overall pretty good internet service. Never had any trouble contacting for set up or cancelation. Had the service for 3 years and can only remember a few times internet went down for a couple of hours.

ABSOLUTELY SUCCESSIONThese are my issues with Carry Telecom:1) Internet goes DOWN for THE NIGHT @ around 9:15 pm., but their customer support " closes @ 9 pm = no service 1/2 of the day

I have 1000 mbps service for more than a year and a half here in Ottawa. Internet service has always been available. Very reliable ISP.I saw Carrytel had a promotion with a better monthly price, called Amit and he matched the price for one year. Amit made it easy.Thank you Amit and Carrytel for offering a top notch internet service at a reasonnable price.

Been with CT for years. Our internet went down in the recent ice storm. Although it took some time to re-establish it, the representatives coordinated Videotron workers quickly and effectively, following up when the job was done to confirm satisfaction

Worst company and customer service. Ever. If I could give less than one star I would. The amount of incidents of internet going down and no reason or compensation after the fact. Their prices have increased by 25% over the last year. They aren’t willing to upgrade equipment when it breaks and then charge customers for new equipment without refunding or taking into consideration previous deposits on said equipment. Absolutely terrible. Was without internet for four days with no resolution and then it ended with them telling me I would be charged for new equipment but still without internet for another week. Ended my contract. Worst experience ever.Edit: Their response reflects how much they “ care about their customers “ and “ care to resolve” the issue AFTER I have cancelled my contract. I was a paying customer for over five years. Worst. Experience. Ever.

We’ve been long time customer. Initially had a bad modem that was frustrating, but… since then, the service has been rock solid.. can’t recall an outage for years! We also have phone service with them.. again, no complaints and the price CANT be beat! We have the 50/10 DSL package.
