I wish I could give Cole more stars. He's professional, personable and passionate about what he does! Before seeing Cole for treatment I had submitted to the thought that pain was second nature and there were just things my body couldn't do- but I was wrong. With every session I was amazed by the progress, but the really amazing part is when overtime you realize those recurring issues that pop up now and then haven't popped up in months. If you aren't seeing Cole for treatment, you are cheating yourself!

I have struggled with chronic pain since I was a teenager, being told I had Fibromyalgia at 19, in and out of ER many times over the years for new pains that never seem to have an answer. I had been through physio, chiro, medications and no real solution, just told I had to deal with it and adapt.When I first heard about Osteopathy I had to try it and on the very FIRST visit, I started to feel different, and after a couple visits I was starting to feel so much better. It was gentle, nothing like the harsh adjustments of a chiro, I barely felt it. But the drastic difference in how I felt afterwards was obvious, and waking up without pain now is something to celebrate. I highly recommend Cole as a practitioner.

Cole is able to zone in quickly on my problem areas and alleviate any pain in my lower back, neck and shoulder. An excellent Osteopath that takes pride in his work.

Welcoming environment, plants. Selection of comfortable chairs, tiny kitchen for the little ones.Ability to accommodate special needs…I’m I a wheelchair and can’t access very comfortable looking chiropractic or massage adjustable units, instead Cole went and picked up a couple of pillows so that we could use my wheelchair. He had different sizes available and I was quite comfortable during the treatment.The results exceeded my expectations. I had not realized how much I had been mentally affected by my MS diagnosis. When you gradually lose clarity, the restoration is exhilarating.His diagnostic ability are unsurpassed in my experience. Not only was he aware of my primary lymphodoema but he was aware of its relation to my brain and knew how to adjust and correct the problem. It is hard to say the changes I experienced will be possible to increase or maintain but the possibility of a complete recovery is something that no other medical intervention has ever given me hope to achieve. I feel confident that Cole has the expertise to offer assistance with anything he is presented with.

I feel so much better since I started Osteo. I felt so much better from the first session. Now only 12 sessions in - I am much more flexible and less stiff. My digestion and circulation are much more improved. I don’t have the sciatic nerve pain I did. And Cole is so gentle and helpful. I am so thankful!!!

Cole was very professional, helpful and effective. I really appreciated his extra work on my hip and back and it was a very interesting experience for my first osteopathy appointment. I plan to continue to see treatment with Cole as well as recommend him to my friends and family!!

I would recommend anyone who has any sort of body pain to see Cole. He has helped tremendously with the pain in my hips from arthritis. I had tried everything ( chiro, massage, physio) before finally finding Cole and he really helped take the pressure off my hips with gentle movements that really help!

Ever since I've been seeing Cole my back problems have greatly improved. I have not seen my Chiropractor since I started to see Cole. I have gone to every type of therapy out there for my chronic pain and Osteopathy was the one therapy that has helped me with not only my pain but my asthma and concussion symptoms. My overall quality of life is better thanks to Cole. Cole's way of thinking through the body and his professional demeanour makes him a wonderful practitioner. I highly recommend him!

Cole has helped me immensely with chronic pain that developed resulting from a car accident many many years ago. More recently my back seized up and I went from not being able to stand up straight to walking normally and being able to return to Pilates. I really believe in osteopathy and Cole is very experienced and knowledgeable in what he is doing. I trust him completely and highly recommend him. My family doctor only offered me pain pills or steroid injections (no thanks!) and a chiropractor scared me a lot as I found it very violent and scary hearing my bones crack and pop (no thanks!).Osteopathy is a gentle non invasive technique for dealing with my pain that was affecting my everyday life for years . Coles knowledge of the human body and it’s physiology is amazing. Worth every penny as when you’re in pain it affects every minute of your life (even your sleep!).
