I have used Cycletech for the past 3 years after bouncing around from other bigger service shops. I am glad that I found Anthony and his smaller shop. He is personable, honest, and works hard. You won't find better rates, or workmanship. It is sometimes difficult getting into Anthony's shop, but well worth your effort and patience. One story I can share with you is when I was due to leave on a long trip and I had caused an electrical issue putting on a new horn. I called his shop on a Monday (a day he wasn't open), and to my surprise he answered the phone. My intention was to make an emergency appointment for the next day or two, but being who he is and understanding my situation, he had me bring the bike down immediately. He actually took the time to show me what the issue was, fixed it, and then showed me what to do if it were to happen again while on the trip. WOW! Truly going above and beyond. Now, I wouldn't expect this kind of thing to happen all the time as he's got to have time off. But Anthony is a rider himself, and can definitely sympathize with your situation. If you are looking for a personable, honest, and valued experience, then Cycletech is where you should be. Thanks Anthony.

Anthony is fantastic. Really great guy, goes out of his way to accommodate you. He squeezed in a safety inspection for me so that I could get my licensing info done in time for the weekend and get out riding. He's also finished some other work - always in good time and at a respectable price point - even with his packed schedule.Whenever possible, schedule your work! He's a busy guy because people trust him to work on their machines - but very well worth working through him.

Anthony was very helpful getting my bike fixed in a timely manner. He was thorough and his prices are very reasonable! I will definitely be bringing my bikes here for everything. Highly recommend.

Booked a safety here for my motorcycle after finding the place online. Was able to schedule the safety within a few days of calling. Anthony was friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. He actually takes the time to speak to you for a few minutes before getting to work instead of rushing you out the door. Prices are reasonable and the location is easy to access. I'll definitely be bringing my bike here for future maintenance and upgrades. Totally worth the drive from Hamilton! Thanks Anthony!

First time customer and Anthony was able to get my motorcyle in for a safety super fast. He did the safety right away while I waited. Very fair priced and comprehensive service. Other customers in the shop at the time were clearly happy with the service they received as well. Will be returning/recommending for future work.
