Customer service was excellent. The work done was great and they even detailed my messy car inside (don't judge, I have a 6 year old!). I'd recommend this body shop.

I was so pleased! I brought my car to them after it was damaged by a third party. They were great in taking my car, keeping me updated and even cleaned by car before giving it back!

Edit: The business is now lying to my insurance saying my car is supposed to have a Matte finish inside the trunk lid of the car, I've provided evidence of this not being true based on inspection of other new vehicles, to insurance.Stay away from this dishonest company.So I went here after my brand new cadillac was rear ended, insurance recommended them, the job was to replace the trunk and repair a minor nick in the rear bumper cover, upon picking up my car, I found the paint on the entire car not just the parts they fixed, covered in severe swirls, scratches and holograms all over my brand new car, the trunk was not lined up at all, even though it was specifically pointed out when I dropped off the car, they also failed to paint the inside of the trunk lid correctly, multiple bubbles in the paint inside and spots where the paint is so thin you can see through the base coat and some spots rough like sand paper, they had also gone through the entire car and coated everything inside with a cheap extra greasy interior detailer, thankfully they were able to mostly remove it although my leather dash is still stained with oil from the product which I'm going to fix myself at this point, the 2 stars is only due to the good communication during the repair, if you care about your car and take pride in keeping them in good shape, this is not the shop to go to, the severe lack of experience, skill, and attention to details, will leave you very disappointed.

2023 - I ran into a deer and smashed up the front end of my SUV. Ben and the team were so helpful and efficient during a really stressful time. The e-mail updates from the shop were great to keep track of where my car was at in the repair process. When it was done they gave it a good clean too!2019 - My husband backed our car into a snow/ice bank over the winter and the staff at London Auto Collision fixed it up no problem for a great price. Thanks for the friendly and professional service!

Exceeded my expectations!!! Just had the most excellent experience with London Auto Collision. I needed some minor body work done, they got me in for an appointment, I got my appraisal within a few days, I called and booked. It was easy. And the car looks fabulous. Paint matched, everything spotless. And here's where they completely exceeded my expectations... when I went to pick up my car, one of my rear turn signals was out, plus a tire was low due to weather changes. They had me wait in the office while they zipped the car back in the shop, filled all my tires and changed the tail light - for free. I couldn't thank them enough for helping me out. Saved me so much time and trouble... Thank you Darrell and Dave, the gentleman who fixed the tires and tail light, and all the guys in the shop who did the work. Definitely recommend them. Insurance repairs or just getting stuff" fixed on your own - call them."

London Auto Collision (Ben in particular) is my go-to repair facility in London due to their professionalism, expertise and great customer service. Damage to your car is a nightmare for any car owner like myself who thinks of their car as a baby, but I know that my vehicle is always in good hands with London Auto. Their repair process is seamless; communicating directly with your insurance company, ordering parts and repairing your vehicle well before the estimated return date. The service I received was outstanding and my car looks flawless. I will only trust my car to Ben's exceptional team at London Auto Collision Repair!

I’m so grad I picked Fix Auto London South out of over 10 body shops that TD insurance referred. My car is perfectly repaired and i felt like I was driving a brand new car off the dealers lot when I picked it up. People there are friendly, helpful and flexible. Im also impressed by how fast they got it done considering pretty much everything is on back order because of covid. I couldn’t be happier with the repair. Idk if they are the best with the price but I was involved in an accident where I was determined 100% not at fault, I didn’t have to pay a penny out of my pocket, so the bill wasn’t my concern at all. If you’re are in a similar situation as me, definitely choose Fix Auto London South, they won’t disappoint you!

Had a great experience with this shop. Darryl and front end desk crew were polite and accessible. Work was amazing! Hopefully won’t need to visits again but London Auto Collision would be my first choice.
