They always get me and my truck home safe and wait for me to get in the door at night which is the difference between a 4 and a 5 ⭐ to me. Worth the price as it's basically what you'd pay to get home and back to your vehicle the next day.

Recommend booking ahead especially during peak holiday times. Tony is a pleasure to work with over the phone. Drivers will call ahead to give an ETA.Given the immense snowfall we had December 26th the drivers did their best to keep up with demand and navigate the deep snow.We arrived home safe and sound.Thank You Tony, Don, and Robert for your service!

Don't drink and drive is more than a slogan. The costs of an impaired driving charge will be huge. It is not worth taking a chance and god forbid you have an accident. First choice will get you home safely. Here's the best part. They drive you home in your own car. I use their service quite often and have even arranged for rides for family members. They're friendly, prompt and professional and will update you on the pickup time and let you know when they're at the pickup point. They take credit cards, debit and cash. So very worth it.

They were able to come in less than an hour to pick up my vehicle and myself (in Saskatoon) to bring me home safe. They were very kind and also accept debit/credit! Will be using this service in the future. Thank you!

Cheaper than two Uber rides and your vehicle is where you need it to be in the morning. A great service to have around town.

Phoned First Choice to get a safe ride home last night within their business hours and received a voicemail recording that they weren't able to take the call so left my name and number for a call back. Never received a call back after two hours waiting and kept getting a recording when tried to call them back. Ended up having to call a cab that picked us up within half an hour and had to leave our car behind. Overnight and even next day didn't receive any call back about the ride we needed or even an apology. That's just a terrible level of customer service. First Choice used to be a reliable go to service for a safe ride home with our vehicle but after this I won't be recommending their services and will need to plan to use a cab in the future.

1st of all, why wouldn't you? Safe, responsible, not having to get your vehicle the next day. Rates are extremely reasonable, not much more than a cab and drivers are friendly and courteous. Hopefully they keep this service going.

My partner booked a ride home for New Year’s Eve at the start of December. We’re now at New Year’s Eve, the ride is 45 minutes with no contact. They are not answering the phone. This is after verifying the scheduled pickup with the owner.The ride did show up a little over an hour late. The driver was admittedly both efficient and safe on the road.
