The purchase of our new vehicle (RZe 450) was very enjoyable. Although Lexus took a while to produce this model, once it was made available, Joseph informed us right away and we had a chance to come and see it before we chose all the options that we wanted. Joseph invited us to see the vehicle and finalize the paper work once the car was in. When we picked up the car, Alina took the time to explain all the workings (and there are a lot) of the vehicle and how to get access to all the services that came with our car choice.
