The POLICE intervened! the most horrible experience I've ever had, they rank the lowest in customer service!I wanted to gift my wife an appointment for a balayage hair and manicure! I made a huge mistake and chose this place! they damaged her hair, they damaged her skin, they were not even able to pull off the color my wife had hoped for, after TWO TIMES (wasting a lot of time, energy, money, causing so much frustration). At this point, my wife finds herself in a predicament, whether to leave or to undergo the process for the THIRD TIME! she calmly asks them to put a different color as they seem unable to do the first and second one!This time, they make it close to what she wants, yet not the one she hopes for.I call in to complain to the manager that even though you charge more than your counterparts, we were not happy, and I got hung up on. Not once, but three times!! each time the manager / receptionist quote I can't make 100% of people happy"the forth time

Kelseyy is the absolute best! Prior to Kelseyy I really had difficult time finding an experienced blonde specialist. Kelseyy is my go to, she is literally a master colorist! She consistently gives me gorgeous blonde highlights. She is also a sweet, genuine person which makes the experience at this salon even more enjoyable. Go to Kelseyy! You won'tregret it. She is the hair queen!!!

Saw Kelsey for my highlights/colour. I have A LOT of hair and it is quite long and thick. Professional, honest, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. The absolute BEST. People are constantly asking me who did my colour:)Ambiance of salon was peaceful and relaxing.Front desk was also very helpful and friendly.Won’t be going anywhere else!

I've had 2 appointments with Grace at Fame, once for Manicure + spa services, and a second time for a wedding manicure, and have had a great experience each time. Looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend Grace!

Andy and his team at Fame International Barbershop understand that the difference between a good haircut and a great one is attention to detail... Expect a warm welcome, offer of a coffee or espresso, and talented barbers. While they take walk-ins, I recommend calling ahead for an appointment - especially for weekends.My son and I are regular customers.

I went there around 10 days ago and I had the most terrible experience. My husband got me a whole package as a surprise for haircut, balayage, manicure and pedicure.I arrived there at 9:30 am and showed a picture of the colour I wanted and I said I want ASH GREY not ash blonde in any way and I’m getting my hair dyed after 10 years so please be careful. It took him 3 hours to be done and when they dried my hair it was a disaster!! It was nothing like the picture and it was yellow not even blonde! And I had different colours on different parts of my hair! I said I don’t like it at all and they offered to fix it.After the second time, it was nothing like ash grey. I tried to handle it calmly. After trying twice, they said they can’t make it ash grey!! So I said just put something dark again. I picked burgundy and after 9 hours being at the salon, I finally liked my hair colour and I was so happy. I even thanked them for understanding my concern!!!! but after only one week all the colour faded!!!! My hair is damaged, very dry and it’s falling off.Even the manicure was done so unprofessionally that my skin is damaged too!I was so unhappy that my husband tried to call them and talk to a manager. The manager was so rude and hung up the phone on my husband. My husband called back and they put him on hold. He called back again and they said “whaaat?!! We can’t make all the customers satisfied!!!!”They didn’t even apologize or offer some treatment for my absolutely damaged hair. And they only said we can refund you $40!!!! and asked for the credit card information which we were not comfortable to give over the phone and said we’ll come in person.Next day, we received a phone call from the police that we shouldn’t do any further action!!!!The only thing I absolutely loved, was my haircut which was done so professionally. Today I did cut Balyage (sp?) And had a haircut with Anne Marie. I am so happy with how it turned out! I can't recommend this salon, or her service more. She is professional, kind and obviously talented. Thank you Anne-Marie. I will be be back! Love, love, love the way it looks♡

I'm a woman who always likes to have very short hair (from just under my ears to a full blown shaved cut). I get my hair cut with Silvana and she's so attentive to what kind of style you want. She'll explain the process and how she's cutting my hair, and explain why she may cut something differently from what I originally planned (usually to let it grow into the style I want later). She also explains how to style your hair at home to get the same look, which is always super helpful.Thanks for always cutting me and Austin's hair Silvana ❤️

Andy did an incredible job fixing my haircut. He took his time do a very detailed cut that is a perfect fit for me.It is very rare to find someone who's as good at what he does.
