Super helpful. I found my original 1985 Tamiya Holiday Buggy. Just needed some parts and advice to get it operational again. Andrew helped me find what I needed. Still needs some work but was able to get it up and running again. All original parts basically. They now have me hooked. I will definitely be back and I look forward to getting back in the RC car world.

Excellent. Was in there yesterday less than an hour before they closed. In that time they hooked me up with a RTR kit, charger batteries, swapped out the standard connecters to match the kit I was buying, set up the charger programing and all the while talking good advise and some basic instruction. Granted; I knew generally what I wanted when I walked in (and they had it all in stock) but still for them to tag team helping me out right before a long weekend, I was able to leave the store with everything I needed to be running and hour after I got home.Thanks guys.

Called the shop and left a message regarding some parts I was looking for. Andrew swiftly returned my call and was able to provide me with the information I was looking for. Fantastic experience, quality parts, and great customer service. Would recommend.

Skycraft has an amazing selection, and Andrew is friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm new to the field and can say I received great service and support both when making my first purchase about 6 months ago, and when I've gone back for some extra things since then.

Skycraft Hobbies has had parts for my Arrma that I could not find anywhere else, at a price less than everywhere else (not that other shops had any anyway).UPDATE November 18th:After being a customer for a few months now, and after a few visits, I can confidently say; Andrew is a great guy that goes to great lengths to help his customers out. Thank you for fixing the spring for my remote. I am able to drive my Konghead again! Thank you Andrew and Dale for identifying and fixing the JST plug and wire issue, saved me from buying a new battery. Horrible service at this store. Bought my first RC here 14 years ago, and so I had been returning to the store for several years. Got out of the hobby for a few year and I recently got back into it, decided to check out the store and was greeted by rude, unprofessional and quite frankly lazy staff. Not helpful at all, trying to up sell me and charging much more than the hobby stores near Toronto and hamilton. Brought my two buddies to buy their first RC cars here and what a mistake. Not even a thank you for spending over $2000 in their store and for giving them business. Avoid this shop, go to Hot Rod Hobbies, Chris’s house RC, Amazing RC or Big boys with cool toys. Better staff, better service, and actual passion for the hobby. I used to like going to your store Andrew but your staff are the absolute worst.

I liked customer support however both purchased R/C Tanks broke very next day. You would expect much better quality for $100 toy. I have to say kids were very careful how they played and how they handed tanks and tanks were fun to play with. They didn’t even play outside (on grass) as per instructions. BTW english instructions are horrible. Anyway, what are my options? I still have receipt.
