This is not only the best pharmacy in Guelph, but the best pharmacy I have ever visited. Mike and his team are extremely welcoming and kind. They are quick and efficient and a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommended.

Was on the hunt for my Covid booster and my own pharm couldn't do the job. I called Royal City Pharm and yes they could take care of it for me. Everyone I encountered were friendly and nice.

They used to be great, but I strongly suggest you find someone else. I have had to troubleshoot prescriptions on four occasions now, where they sent it to my Dr.'s office, didn't hear back, and didn't follow up. I expect my pharmacist to work with me to ensure that I don't run out of a medication, particularly if I give them two or three days to get it refilled. This business don't do that, they blame it on the Dr. and throw their hands in the air.Find another pharmacy, someone that is more interested in your health than these people are.

Serious price gouging on hand sanitizers and selling items clearly marked Not For Retail Sale" as indicated on bottom left of bottle. Very disappointed."

Foam earplugs are 7.99 for a single pair, the multipacks with 6 are 8.99.. none of the prices are listed on the shelves. Are they made of foam or precious metals? Seems like price gouging to me since everywhere else sells them for no more than $3

This is the best pharmacy in Guelph. The pharmacist and technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They treat you like one of their own. They are always quick to answer your questions or let us know when something is available like flu shot. I, would never go back to the big boy pharmacies.

I called the pharmacy because my mother has end-stage heart failure and all of her supplies are shipped to this pharmacy. The nurse who is coming to our home, ordered some supplies on the Friday and asked me to go and pick them up immediately because she needed to come back on the Monday to help my mom. I called the pharmacy at 8:56 AM four minutes before 9 o’clock. A gentleman answered the phone and said we’re not open till after 9 o’clock call back then. He then proceeded to hang up on me. He didn’t even give me a second to explain that I needed the supplies for today and that I was calling to find out if they were ready for pick up so that I could leave now to get there in time for the nurse. The pharmacy is a half hour away from me, and I have to go all that way and back before the nurse comes to see my mom this morning. I think what really bothered me most was that he just answered the phone and said call back after nine and hung up. If they’re not open they could just let it go to voicemail. At least a voicemail would be polite. I wish I had a say in where my mothers supplies were dispensed. Apparently this is the only pharmacy in Guelph that dispenses meds for nurses and the LHIN.
