These guys are 10/10! My real estate agent recommended them as I have had bad experiences with other movers. Jacky's crew worked quickly and carefully. They were taking my heavy furniture out of a townhouse with a narrow staircase. They did it without any damage to the walls. They were very polite and respectful as well. While I don't plan on moving for a while, I will definitely use them again and I recommend them 100%.

Booked the big box moving company on June 28th 2021, they provided exceptional service and handled My items with great care. BONUS: My couch did not fit through the main doors but it was not a problem for them, THEY BROUGHT IT IN THROUGH MY BALCONY THAT'S 20ft HIGH.Nothing was damaged during the whole move and all my items were handled with care. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional movers.

Couldn't recommend more, Ace and his accomplice were amazing! Super quick and efficient. Spent their Canada day moving. It felt like they never took a break! They were really careful with all the furniture, and did not leave any marks or damages.

Great movers for a move from Toronto to Hamilton! Professional and efficient, and prices remained the same as quoted up front. There are a lot of horror stories out there about movers, and Big Box is not one of them. I would be happy to use them again.

The best moving company in town. Jacky, ace and the team were extremely professional, clean, safe and FAST. They wrapped things that I forgot to wrap and moved everything safe and sound. A great team and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Spoke with Jacky as he coordinated the moving details for my fiance and I (from condo to townhouse). Despite the delays caused by the building/property management, the movers were extremely patient and also very quick. Their mover, Ace, was an absolute all star. Very accommodating and also made sure that our furniture was wrapped securely and moved safely.Strongly recommend these guys.
