The first fix was definitely easier than the second.The Friday before thanksgiving and my basement is flooding. As new homeowners, my husband & I were nervous when we needed to search for a plumber to fix our broken toilet. We dealt with Kyle at Luey’s Plumbing and he was great! He was able to come see us within a day of our problem occurring, arrived on time and was great at keeping in contact with us throughout the entire process. Honest guy who gave us multiple options for fixing our problem as well. Very easy to talk to & answered all of our questions. Kyle was wonderful. He attended our home to fix a leak from our toilet that was going into our basement. As first time home owners we were really worried about the impact the leak could have but Kyle provided prompt service at a reasonable cost and fixed the problem right away when he arrived. He even looked at other areas of concern in our basement while on site and provided his opinion on potential future repairs/upgrades that could benefit our home. We uses Mark Luey's plumbing service in 2006 when we built the new house in Grimsby. In 2021 when we listed the house for sale, we called Luey to check a few thing, relate to plumbing and some drywall replacement. Unfortunately, his service is not the same as 15 years ago. We called and we waited for a long time then he was in the vacation! When he came back, we called again and again, talked to Kyle, his son and also his receptionist. Kyle told me that he will call back in a few weeks to make a schedule. He never did, even neither making a schedule nor decline our service inquiry. We lost 2.9 millions sale while waiting for them. Finally, I found another good plumber and he can drop by to take a look in the same day! Thanks God!

I needed to have a plumbing problem resolved in a bathroom sink. Seemingly a relatively small residential problem but it needed immediate attention and Kyle was able to fit in a service call on short notice. He is punctual, professional, personable and knowledgeable and was able to quickly resolve the issue for a very reasonable fee.
