I got approved for a loan and the gentleman that helped me was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately the branch manager is another story. She made it seem she was helping me out as I couldn’t make my payment this week. She explained it in a way that seemed like she was waiting for the payment to come out the next week. She seemed very understanding and I ended the phone call shocked and happy with the service she gave. After checking my account and seeing she completely lied about what she had said she would do, ticked me off quite a bit and I had to leave her a voicemail. She called me back a few days later and as I spoke to her on the phone she had a terrible attitude and didn’t care. She led me to believe she was helping me but in the end was not. She had a terrible attitude and a condescending tone and I had to end the phone call extremely upset and end the conversation. Super sad that this is the woman in charge of this branch and speaks to customers this way. This is my FIRST time late for a payment and I get treated this way?! Absolutely disgusting that this woman speaks to people this way, I’m not some buddy I’m a customer. I will not returning to this business. If you have any concerns or need help, DO NOT speak with the branch manager, absolutely disgusting.

Sahib from the Oshawa branch was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also provided me with great financial tips. He made the process very easy. I will definitely recommend him and his services to my friends and family.

Probably one of the easiest team I’ve dealt with trying to understand aswell as retain a loan! There were some difficulties on my end but the full easy financial team on Simcoe assisted me. If one person wasn’t available to help me they didn’t tell me to call back the person who answered the phone was there and happy to assist. Big thanks to Chloe for helping me get my loan application started assuring me everything was going to be fine and working with her team to get me my pre approved loan. Sahil was who I dealt with to finish it off and he was very happy to assist and provided me a better understanding on what I needed to finish getting my loan evrything was done over the phone or online but when I went in to sign my papers to no surprise sahil and the rest of the team wre there with smiles to greet me and in a continued effortless ending we got the loan going. I signed papers and received my papers promptly thank you to the Simcoe team you were great!

Sahil is my financial Adviser and he was very thorough and explain the loan in detail so I can understand and I felt very comfortable working with him and I would not hesitate to refer my friends or anyone to him

Mili was very good!! She was persistent but in a good way. She wanted the best for her client everything was done fast and professionally.
