It's worth 5 Star on very high efficiency on new tire installation and services. Technicians are very helpful to any one have question arose.However, 1 Star derate due to no clear procedures post in front of the garage for basic start. It may be the result of different setup of the garage with other locations, the Tire Centre reception is located inside Costco Wearhouse (for example, in Richmond location, the Tire Centre service counter just next to the garage)My first time here and learnt something new.There are three ways to get services. Walk-in (if you know the trick), call the Tire Centre see any additional time slot for you (leave message) and online appointment.15 minutes ahead your appointment (tire change/new tire installation) and park your car at a designated area (end of the building). ENSURE YOUR WHEEL LOCK (if equipped) IS READY in car. Then go to the Tire Centre service counter located inside Costco Wearhouse (through the wearhouse exit). They will call you when finished and pick up the car in front of garage.If you come back for LUG NUT SAFETY CHECK (after 40 km of tire installation from them). Park your car in front of the garage (do not block the way) get your receipt ready and talk to the technician and you will get a quick torque check of the nuts.

Saved hundreds of dollars by buying tires here, and they included installing new valves which would have been extra at some other places. They also provided feedback on a few other mechanical things they noticed while doing the tires, so it was almost like a free inspection. The only reason for not making it 5 stars is you need to pre-order the tires, and in my case it was a two week wait with a tire that had a slow leak and needed regular topping up.

Not a good location for tire related business. Very busy, you'll never got a proper appointment on time. I purchased tire from costco and when I got a flat tire. They don't care. They pretty much let you feel that it's your own problem not theirs. If you wanna them to fix it, booking an appointment is just a joke in this season. Basically, I don't feel I am a customer in their eyes, just some random people on the street.

Five star rating. Easy. Anyone who has to go through a Costco parking lot (hell on Earth on a good day) to get to work deserves this rating by default. But I’m also giving this rating because of the stellar customer service, professionalism, and tire assessment and replacement performed. Really happy with the personnel for going above and beyond. Prices are good but that's only reason I come here. This specific location NEVER answers the phone. Literally, I have never successfully gotten this tire centre on the phone, I always end up having to come in. I have called them over 15 times over the last 2 hours and not once has someone picked up. Seriously inconvenient when they turn out to not have a product in stock or any appointment availability.

Good prices but inconsistent tire policies and not practical if you have a flat and need immediate repairs. Most tires are out of stock and getting an appointment is difficult. Not worth the hassle for nitrogen filled tires and lifetime rotation or flat repairs. Tire balancing gone up in price a lot.

Fast and efficient. I arrived on May 29th on a busy afternoon for a full tire change and it took less than 45min. Very organized and happy with the overall experience

I am shoping at Costco for last 20 years. It was known for its product, prices and vustomer service. But now all 3 things are gone. Employees at the return counter are too rude. They yelled at my daughter, who was helping me as I was injured.They don't have enough parking. It takes almost an hour to find parking. Please make more parking.Inside lineups are too long. I had to wait for half an hour and the staff was very rude.Noth8ng was managed properly except the prices have gone double and package sizes have gone half. It's a mess.

Great service, knowledge staff. Very helpful to answer all your questions. Great tire price when promo occurs. Nitrogen inflation on tires. Free tire repair. Can get busy during seasonal tire sales. May spend more than an hour shopping/waiting during those times. Purchase tires and/or schedule installation in store or online.
