In my opinion, the quality, taste and presentation of the food here is a head above any other poke place I've been to around Vancouver. The flavours and ingredients are well balanced, and the bowl is never too acidic or drowning in liquid, which is a common issue with many poke places!I really like that they have onsen egg here as well and the guacamole is, again, very good with balanced flavour that is not bland or too acidic.

Nice presentation and packing for takeout. Pretty healthy takeout option. Ala Moana was good and pineapple drink was good. It says it's cold pressed pineapple juice but it is mixed with green tea. I think pure cold preshed pineapple juice would have made it more awesome. Only drawback was the spicy tuna tasted a bit on the fishy side.

Way undercooked brown rice, halfway between done and raw. I had forgotten I had order delivery from them on Uber months ago and the rice was very hard then too and ended up giving them a second chance unwittingly. Appears they do not realize brown rice water level and cooking time is different from white rice. The last time I had to go through 3 delivery driver cause they gave up waiting after it was in prep for over an hour and they just kept waiting outside. This time, I guess I was more lucky it only took two drivers as they started prep an hour before scheduled time.

Service has been mediocre both times we have gotten Poke from this restaurant, employees are not very helpful, and a tad bit rude. The poke was not good, the fish tasted as if it were old, was not fresh at all, we felt sick after eating it. It was also extremely over priced for the quality. Have tried many different poke restaurants and I definitely do not recommend this one.

Terrific service and not too long a wait during a busy lunch hour. Very tasty, healthy and balanced meal. Would definitely come here again.

overall, a pretty decent and spot on poke spot here in Richmond. wished they had more protein options other than just salmon and tuna and shrimps. i got their tofu and spicy tuna and these two made the best combination! definitely will come back again if i’m craving poke

I was thinking to email to the resturant instead of posting on Google. But can’t find an email address on their website. Overall the poke bowl tastes good, but the presentation is not as good as before, and I think they missed one item - crispy onion. Suggest to change the name ‘sesame’ to ‘black sesame’ if they use black one. I didn’t see the sesame at first. It’s close to my place, will still give it a try again.

Used the Too Good To Go app. Item can be picked up between 17:50 and 19:30. I arrived by 18:30 and order got cancelled while I was driving around 18:07. Took me over 40 minutes and the cost of gas to get there for nothing. Sigh...
