We were greeted at the door after calling in by a lovely and very helpful associate. The showroom is large enough to suit many styles of lighting. The prices are great when you consider other big box store prices. We shall be back soon to check up on the ever changing inventory.

I purchased some great chandeliers that unfortunately we’re damaged during shipping. I contacted the store and received fabulous follow-up service from Hal. The staff are all very friendly. Best lighting store in the area.!!!

Our first visit was a bit awkward as they were closing earlier than posted due to Covid, the girl who was in the showroom kept turning off the lights even though they were open. She made us initially feel like we shouldn't be there even though it was well before closing time.Upon returning the next day we had a similar experience until the girl explained it wasn't her primary job while my wife waited for me to meet her in the showroom.Once she went back and had Melissa come out, this turned our experience around 110%.From that point on everything and everyone was great. We found what we were looking for. Great place, great staff, great prices especially if you can find the sale/clearance products. Would recommend 100%Have been back several times since and have had to deal with front end staff, order desk and can only say I'd recommend these guys 110%, thanks for the great experiences.

Excellent products, price and service

We just came to the store to look at purchasing a light. Tried three doors to get in. All locked. HUGE sign saying they were open. No one around. I guess they don't need my business. I'll go elsewhere. Byeeeee
