Facility was always clean and safe. Great company to go with if you're looking for storage space. I would recommend them to anyone at anytime!

I had never had issues until about six months ago. I suddenly had issues finding my account. I called three months ago and left voicemails, several of them. I never received a call back. Tonight I reached out to the emergency line where I began to speak to the person on call who claimed to be the general manager. After filling him in on the situation I was told A) our last contact was July 1st. Which is a flat lie as my phone records would tell you. B) I was told that that isnt how we handle our business.For a company thats forward is customer service I personally would imagine the general manager should be helpful and would want to tackle the customer service issue head on.After which I responded that I will clear my things out and not worry about it after next week. Rick as he called himself promptly disagreed with me, then hung up on me. I called him to confirm his name after the fact. Rick if your reading this, you need to focus on your customers problems and address them professionally instead of blaming your client. You are so unprofessional it litterally disgusts me.

Definitely one of the cleanest and most convenient storage facilities I've used. The prices are fair, especially since they offer climate control, exceptional security and 24 hour access to your belongings.

What a wonderful idea! This building was doomed to be vacant and Storage City took it over, installed climate controlled storage rooms. It is new, clean and reasonably priced. I wish the owners the best of luck in this endeavor.

I recently moved to the area and needed a place to store all of my belongings until I closed on my home. I rented two 10 x 30 non-climate controlled units and one 10 x 30 climate controlled unit for several months. All of my interactions with the staff were great. They were considerate and courteous. They answered all of my questions. The units were clean and easily accessible, even by the 18-wheelers delivering our belongings. If I need a storage unit in Rapid City, Storage City is the only place I would consider.

I rent a 5x10 unit in Belle Fourche. The outdoor area is well lit for night time entry, inside is kept cleaned, units are climate controlled so i dont have to worry about winter cold or snow getting in or the heat and humidity in summer. The key pad entry is super convenient to use. Found them thru facebook and super quick response and easy to start rental process!

clean, well secured, well lit, climate controlled storage facility. lots of doors of all sizes for easy access to your units. easy sign up and great pricing. I just got my unit yesterday but already thinking about renting the one next to it for future use.

This storage facility is thoughtfully constructed and operated. It’s sited perfectly and reasonably priced. The staff is professional.

We were calling from Louisville KY to find a climate controlled storage unit while we are looking for a house. Mindy was so helpful and walked us through each step. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. We did get the storage unit!
