Burlington city cab (Taxi)

Very pleased with service. Used this on New Years Eve and pre-booked the cab for 2am and it was right on time. Another friend booked for 1am and it was only a few minutes early. The other ride sharing service wouldn't take pre-bookings as it was their peak time". Glad to see another service launch to give them competition and hopefully avoid this "surge pricing" issue. Lets hope the City of Burlington helps to promote more competition in this industry. We've already seen other companies exit that had serviced Burlington for 40 years !"

Honestly have no clue how these people are not out of business they claim to have competitive prices but more like a throw a high number and hope someone is dumb enough to pay... I was quoted 150$ without tip for a 20minute drive to the airport at 3am. Went with Uber and paid 40. Don't get scammed by these people, always double check prices.

For cab drivers being angry about uber taking over, I've tried to get a cab 3 times now for My customers downtown Burlington and every time it's a 40+ minute wait and uber is 5mins. It's unfortunate, but someone has to be more available if you want business and I've been trying to use yall!

My experience mirrors many of the other 1 stars. Confusingly long wait times for short trips during off peak traffic. Cancelled a trip b/c they were so late I was able to catch the next bus.

My daughter was called into work on a Saturday morning. I called a cab for her around 9:45 AM. The cab just picked her up...at 10:58 AM. This wait is totally unacceptable.

My sister and I were visiting for a concert from Vancouver and are not familiar with the area. We entrusted this company to take us safely from our hotel to Niagara Falls. There was problems from the beginning when I called in. I informed them I wanted a ride from my hotel to Niagara Falls but when the cab arrived that was not the information he was given. We had to wait 10+ minutes for him to call and figure out if he could take us which he could. I requested pricing information but it was never given but regardless we needed to get to our destination so we got in. After driving for 5 minutes he informs us after making small talk that he had a flat tire earlier but it had been fixed - okay cool. 2 minutes later once on the Highway he gets a flat tire. The company wanted us to pay him and then have him kick us off the taxi on the side of the highway (which was so scary and VERY ILLEGAL). Luckily the driver let us stay inside the cab while he was on the phone as to what to do. After waiting and waiting he informs us that it will take hours and that they will not send us another cab and that it was our responsibility to continue to our destination from here - on the side of the highway. We were appalled and requested another cab be sent out to which he said he was the ONLY CAB working today. They did not help us at all, gave no assistance. We are two young females who were very scared. We had to call roadside assistance and the non emergency line to have a cop drive us off the highway so we could call and UBER. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY FOR LONGER TRAVEL. I will NEVER trust cabs after this again. Please stay safe and do not use this company.

Well they said they were busy and might be anywhere from 20-30 mins . That was ok I could understand and accept that . But over an hour and multiple calls to them and still nothing . Had to order an Uber.
