The UPS Store

If i can give 0 stars I would. Used UPS to ship a package, paid for the insurance aswell and receiver did not receive the package. UPS is not giving me a refund, even though they did not even deliver on their service, nor are they reimbursing my package. Poor service. Rep who dealt with delivery is AHILA. Avoid this store in general.

One of the best UPS stores around to take a look at with perfect customer service!I don't trust any mailing services but these ups store services are awesome. You can trust them with your packages and it is worth it.

Never go to this store.Extravagant charges for cutting a picture. I got some pictures printed and they cut the edges of the pictures. Costed me 10 dollars for cutting 10 photos. I have been to many ups stores and usually get photos printed in bulk. When I requested here to cut edges of a couple of photos they never charged me anything. This was the first time when I had to pay cutting edge charges, that too without my consent. I did pay but the charge of cutting photos was more than the printing charges.

Went for a passport picture and it couldn’t have been faster.. painless

This store is tiny but mighty. They have way more services available than what meets the eye. I have used this store to make many personal unique gifts for family members on special occasions. I got both a custom calendar and t-shirt design done here. Both were timely and professionally made. I even shipped one of them out! Literally everything can be done here. I have many creative ideas in mind and will arrange to have more of them printed here for sure.

This UPS store was horrendous they say you need insurance for a package they were paid to pack and was improperly packed and when talking to corporate UPS they say since they are a franchise the refund has to be done with the store and they cant refund us. this store runs a scam run around with refunds that way they don't have to pay you out on anything that they damage due to negligence. this UPS is a scam and suggest going through a corporate UPS instead of this scam franchise one. This issue will be submitted to the better business bureau and will be addressed but everyone should know the unjust services this UPS provides!!!

On Thursday I was putting together a presentation of my artwork Fifteen pieces, ten copies of eachDisaster struck that afternoon when my printer went down. A friend and I spent Thursday and Friday morning trying to clear the printer error without success. We started to call copy centres, one quoted $7.50 per copy, another $5.00 resulting In bills of $750 Or more. Scanning the internet we dIscovered UPS did copy service. A phone call to a very nice salesgirl brought us to her confirming with the manager. We were providing paper. She would call back by 12:30. Right on time she called to say it was approved for $104.00. They deleted my review showing how fraudulent UPS is so I will repost. I paid 120$ for shipping and packaging, for my product valued at 300$. They did a horrible job packaging my product to the point where it was complete destroyed using useless peanuts as shown below. They they denied my damage claim for improper packaging when I PAID them to do the packaging. They also did not put a fragile tag on my package when i explicitly told them it was fragile and even marked it so in the shipping information. The UPS store that did the packaging decided to only refund me my shipping. Please never ever use UPS they are a fraudulent company that scams their customer and this is proof they even deleted my review.

I can't believe the staff at this Whitby store, Ivory the young lady that helped me was so nice kind and fast. She helped me huge by helping me getting something done that I was afraid I wouldn't have for a milestone birthday. If I win the gift card I would like Ivory to get it, she absolutely made my day and deserves it! Kudo's to the person who hired your staff.

Passport photos I got here were rejected at service Canada. The service Canada employee said they were much too big. Shoppers drug mart photos were accepted.
