So unbelievably fantastic. The theatre was so grand and ornate. They did so much incredible work for the Harry Potter production including wallpaper, murals, and sconces. Being at Ed Mirvish theatre felt so immersive into the wizarding world, it was just breathtaking.

Got to see Come From Away. It was incredible, the newfie accents were recognized and still understandable. It was a lovely mixed experience of laughter, sadness, and excitement. The theatre is gorgeous and kind of terrifying for people afraid of heights. There was a bar and bathroom on every level. I would love to experience another production anytime.

Gorgeous theatre. Every seat feels awesome. Love all the gift shop setups. Only issue is the bathrooms and sizes. Intermission you have 100's of people racing to small, closet, size amenities.

I love going to the theatre! The buildings themselves are beautiful and a sight to see. The shows never disappoint. The seats can sometimes be a little cramped but that's what you get at a theatre. Its definitely an experience!

Had great seats to see Eddie Izzard last Friday. It was great to get back into live theatre. The area was well kept as always and there were lost of staff to help with covid protocols and they were so kind about it too...

Very disappointed with how the mirvish company handles the cancellations today with &juliet. Literally 45 minutes before doors opened at 1:30pm today they sent out an email saying the show today was cancelled because the cast was sick. I understand being sick, but why wait till the last minute to email all the patrons. Do you know how many people I heard, including myself came from far away. Spent money on gas (which we know is crazy expensive) or taxi, and parking $$. No respect for your customers time. Next time alert people at least 2 or 3 hours in advanced. Not 45 minutes before hand. Horrible.

Great shows! I saw Phantom of the Opera in 2019 and Harry Potter- The Cursed Child. Both amazing!! Staff are very helpful. It's always busy and no matter what, I noticed the team makes sure that everything runs smoothly.

Highly recommend getting the second drink prepay option! When you buy your first drink you can prepay your second drink and it will be waiting for you at intermission, no more line waiting!Saw Hamilton, it was a great production! Very well pleased.
