Here you get top level care I've been coming to this location since I was a I kid I'll be 49 in 8 days it will mark 44 years coming here. Dr Wendy chung was a brilliant hire. Now she owns the place.

I have been a very happy client of Dr.Joynt for 37 years. Alas Dr.Joynt is now retired and apparently Dr.Chung who has been working out of the same office is my new dentist. I was seen on Monday on emergency at the office for an x-ray as I was in a lot of acute pain.Dr.Chung reviewed my x-ray and then proceeded to tell me she was referring me to a specialty clinic in Kanata.She told me she was too busy and did not have time to adresse my case that requires a root canal. She wrote out a prescription for antibiotics.I was contacted by the Endodontist office promptly but the earliest appointment they can give me is July 23rd which is 2 weeks away .I am now in constant pain with a throbbing jaw working full time and supposed to wait 2 weeks for an appointment.Obviously Dr.Chung has no time to help a longtime loyal patient of her practice now in severe pain other than referral. Her callous probing of my teeths with a cold probe (against my protest) causing me to cry out in pain did not help.I am now forced to call around to find help and pain relief.Being a health care worker myself, I am very disappointed by such an unprofessional dismissal.

I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. After 10 years of not going out of fear and anxiety I finally followed through with an appointment. My cleaning was done by Judy and it was the best fit I could have asked for. I have a history of panic attacks during cleanings and Judy had me laughing and distracted throughout the procedure. Although I still can't say that going to the dentist is going to be my favorite thing I know that I am in AMAZING hands with Judy and the team at Main Street Dental and can make it through an appointment.
