Very knowledgeable staff, amazing variety of fish! We purchased some awesome additions to our tank and employees helped us throughout the process. It's impressive how much they know about the fish and other reptiles!!

Staff are always kind and super helpful. I always find unique bird stuff that I don’t find at other pet stores. I have taken my bird here for 5+ years to get his nails trimmed, beak filed and flight feather cut. M is amazing every-time with my bird and very knowledgeable. Thanks!

Overpriced grooming than other pet shops in town. Took my dog for a regular grooming which I assumed would be similar to the price I have been paying in my regular pet store. Ended up paying $40 more for the same service. Would advise anyone to clarify the price since you make an appointment over phone and then during actual visit the price is changed.

Great store and some really really nice koi in all sizes. You really can not complain about the colour, quality and great pricing. If you want some colour in your pond be sure to stop here before spending big money elsewhere.

They typically have new stock on Thursdays. Their fish are good quality, I've never had them die on me from disease. Their tanks are very well kept and there's never dead fish in the tank compared to pet smart. They got good deals from time to time

Must say how impressed I’ve been with the customer service here. Just discovered this place as we have a new pond, and the staff have been very helpful, pleasant, informative, and patient. Great selection of product too. I’m a frequent customer now.

Excellent help and fantastic selection of everything you need for aquarium's and more. Live food, plants and equipment. Very knowledgeable staff and high quality stock that is a cut above the retail big box stores. I appreciate Connor's recognition of me as a customer and the friendliness that he shares his knowledge on the species and the types of conditions they need to flourish. The pricing is excellent here and the stock is super healthy and shipped regularly. They even have a waitlist for species you are looking for.

The worker was so nice and had extremly useful knowledge on fishes. My fishes are very nice and look much more better than any store I've been too. Also told me when and how many times to feed my fishes. Amazing experince please go here and you won't go to any other fish store
