Our mortgage was a complicated one - with lots of moving parts. After trying a different mortgage broker we had no bites on lenders. That broker told us there was no way to get the property without a commercial/farm loan (the property was previously a farm). A commercial loan was not in our wheelhouse, nor what we were after. We were a bit deflated...but then my aunt recommended Andrew at Bluetree. He found us a fantastic deal - but it too fell through in the eleventh hour because of the commercial complication on the residential property. Unlike our former agent, Andrew kept us in the game, He (and Rob the underwriter) presented us with a couple different plans. They kept working at it from different angles, and in the end we got a great lender and an awesome rate. I would recommend Bluetree without hesitation. They kept us in the loop (despite the uncertainty/wackiness/busyness of Covid). The team is straight-shootin', hard-workin', and they offer creative solutions.

We are first time home buyers that from moved AB to B.C and we purchased a manufactured home with a lot of complicated moving parts and a lot of paperwork to our purchase.
