Absolutely disgraceful service. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs. Placed an order 3 days ago, and they have been delaying it ever since + not responding to my cancellation and refund requests. this place is a scam.

Never order from here it's a scam. My order has been canceled but refund is not credited yet. They are not picking the call and not responding to text as well.

I was looking out for pooja items and was not able To find it on the website. So I enquired on the chat services available on the app and to my surprise they said even if you don’t find the item on the website they can make arrangement for me. It is difficult for people like me who don’t drive to go and get pooja items from Scarborough, Brampton and Mississauga from downtown toronto. I sent them a list of the items I wanted and within 2 hours they confirmed if they can arrange it or no. They made arrangements for tulsi leaves, mango tree leaves , dry coconut , durva, whole coconutamd almond in shell. Usually they deliver it the same day or next day, I needed the delivery after 3 days. They made arrangements for that as well. In all a great experience and now I know there is someone who can deliver all the indian items at your door step. Please DO NOT ORDER any products from here. You are not gona get them at any time. I have been trying to reach them through their toll free number and chat number and all other possible way to contact them but there is no response. There is no way to get a refund for your purchase. We gonna get only a message that your product will be delivered the next day but the reality is you are not gonna get it at any time. My time and money went in vain. All the positive reviews posted here will be their friends, relatives or staffs. Because a customer cannot write such reviews when there is no service provided by these people.

This is a fraud site. Your money will be going into a bin. We have ordered groceries since many days. You never gonna get any item from here. Tried reaching them. They will not reply you back. Stay away from such frauds. Really want these scamers to be punished who are stealing everyone's hard earned money.

Quick one day, and timely delivery, very good packaging, overall very satisfying experience. Would definitely recommend. Special thank you for providing good service in these difficult times of pandemic. I am highly impressed with the quality alphonso mangoes delivered in a day. After reading initial reviews I was skeptical to try but when I tried I was really pleased with the service.

In this grocery store, not all the itmes are available and they send almost everything expired or going to expire in 4-5 days. It like selling their expired inventory at consuers expenses. Read reviews before ordering. The bread had three or 4 days even if you go shopping for yourself. Coriander leaves were half black and half green. The seal was broken for the dosa batter. You mentioned so i added in my review but i do not want thinking. This is just my experience that i am sharing.

Please don’t purchase from this store. You will never know where your order is. They send a bunch of communications saying that your order has been shipped, it’s fulfilled , etc but even after 12 hours there is no sign of the order. Please stay away from this store at all costs.

Never ever buy from them. It's a scam. They will deliver at midnight (for raccoons to tear apart your bags), will mix up deliveries, and you will never get your money back even if you tried. Disgraceful people like this do business in this world is so distressing. The positive reviews are fake and written by the same person who replies to messages.
