Located inside the convenience store, the staff was friendly and helped us right away. Booking online was easy, and the staff let us know that it would be alright if we didn’t come back exactly on the dot, and that he would be around. Drop off and pick up of our bags was convenient and we had no trouble at all. A very convenient way to store our bags while we did a final wander of Old Montreal before heading back to the airport.

My flight was at night and I had to check out of my Airbnb by 10am. I really didn’t want to lug my luggage while enjoy my day here. Google directed me to a service I didn’t know existed. we made arrangements online to store our bags here earlier in august. we arrived at the expected time, a half hour after the store's opening time, but the doors were locked and no one appeared to be inside. if i were to do this again, i would recommend making the reservation upon your arrival at the BagsAway location and confirming that the location is open and ready to assist you.

Luggage storage is in a convenience store close to the Notre Dame Basilica. Drop off and pick up was easy. The store owner was really friendly. Luggage was kept safe while I explored the old port area.
