I loved my stay at this hotel. It started with a personal and enjoyable check-in service. The room was very spacious and the facilities were immaculate. I do have some tips:Breakfast - if you have free breakfast (I did because of status) it entitles you to items $15 or less on the menu. You can get other items above but will pay the difference. I didn't, so my breakfast, incl taxes was 100% covered. I have attached a picture of the menu. The restaurant was amazing btw, and stellar service.Parking - it was $12/day and is underground or above ground. I don't really see the benefit of above ground, and it's seems the streets behind the hotel may have free on street parking anyways. I believe there was a benefit of secure dry underground parking though, so I used this. The elevator is situated nicely in the garage. Your hotel room key is used for in/out.

Lost an unopened bag of chips in the room and the receipt of the proof of purchase. The only person entered the room was the housekeeper who claimed she did not take it, but she found it" in the hallway. She did not deny she took it

My wife and 3 kids stayed at this hotel over the weekend. Around 8pm on a Friday a man made a noise complaint to the front desk and the clerk gave him my families room number. The man decided to take it upon himself to go to their room and berate them for being noisy.Then when my wife went to the front desk to advise the clerk of what happened he said yes...he did say you were rolling the chair around the room alot" and was very condescending.would not recommend this hotel if you have children or expect any type of security or privacy because they will just give away your room and name to anyone that asks."

Love this HGI! Friendly Staff, Secured Parking, and Onsite restaruant make it a one stop stay. The Pantry is well stocked as well! 9 Minutes from the Airport

Hilton Garden Inn Moncton Downtown
Travelled for a hockey tournament. The hotel was so welcoming, and was perfect for our needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they have hockey nets and sticks in the parking garage which were well used by our group. There is also a car wash station that is perfect for after a winter drive. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean, modern and absolutely worth the price. The front staff were attentive and friendly, even when walking through the lobby and extremely helpful. The restaurant was another thing altogether. Breakfast took an exceptionally long time each of the 2 mornings I was there, even though there were not that many people in the restaurant. For dinner Tuesday I waited by their 'wait to be seated' sign for almost 10 minutes before asking the front desk staff if they did room service and decided to go back to my room and order.. which didn't happen; I called and got a message that said they'd call me back soon, waited 15 minutes and called back to get the same message; and never got supper. The hotel is fabulous, eat elsewhere.

The staff goes out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We had two rooms and it was very nice, pool was great and there was a restaurant within the hotel

I loved this hotel. Had to go relatively often due to work and they knew whom I was after really not a long time, they where friendly and always making sure everything was perfect with my stay.The reception room is very nice when wanting to work late with a few collegues.The restaurant has room service and they have a nice mini-convenience store" at the lobby which is really convenient and the prices are much more reasonnable than other places I've been."

Rooms are modern however the TVs suck. Also no bathtubs in the rooms so that's something to consider if you need one for your stay. Hotel is clean and was quiet when I was there. French toast at breakfast is terrible, pancakes are decent.
