Brutal service. Canada Post should actually look into this location and change locations. Went there and asked for a marker so I could write on the bubble mailer. No marker, pens didn't work, and best of all she was happy" to fix this issue. She did not care to go find marker

HUGE Salute!I would like to give a massive salute to the RPO(retail postal outlet) employees at Canadian Tire Preston Crossing!They are all working extra hard to keep up with their christmas volume, and since co-op in erindale is a respected picket line, and CUPW (Canada Post) will not cross it!All the carded parcels for pick up after attempted delivery, all out going mail/parcels and po boxes are being forwarded there.They dont have half the man power that co-op uses or the real estate to house all the extra parcels!Yet they have been trying to keep up, and have been doing quite well.Be patient with the ladies there, it's not their fault you have to wait to pick up your item.The worst is over... CONGRATULATIONS you all survived! Things should get normal again in about a month.

Standing for 60 minutes while one staff member tries to fix their mistake for one customer while wasting my day off. Very unhappy

Some of them do not know what they suppose to do. Waste all day just to post one mail. Even their manager is clueless . It is terrible

If I can give ZERO star, I would definitely do that. That's all goes to one worker named Dominique.. she has no sense of talking to customer also no sense of any of the system.. she is nothing but completely rude, unhelpful, harsh.. just wants to finish the clock.. like doing favor on Canada Post and Customers by working.. if you see her working on counter, you will have any kind of issue - every single time..

I've had to deal with the same lady a handful of times now and every time has been a bad experience. She's been nothing but rude and unwilling to help me. I was trying to pick up a package and had forgotten my slip, she continued to talk to me like I was a child telling me about tracking the package online and that the package probably wasnt in the store. I asked her to look it up using my company name and she ignored that and used my first and last name instead. Told me the package wasn't there and basically decided she was done helping me. I had to ask her two more times to look it up under my company name, and of course when she did it turned out the package was there. Had she just been willing to listen and attempt to be helpful the process would have been much quicker and easier.

There is a worker there by the name of Dominique. Ive had nothing but absolute horrendous customer service from her. Canada post ought to fire her. She is extremely rude everytime I run into her.I don't ever leave reviews on anything, but this I feel is necessary.

Dominique is honestly a terrible person. She is rude to every single customer that comes in. I can’t imagine speaking to someone the way she speaks to people. The way I saw her treat a couple ahead of me today was disgusting.
