Canadian Tire

These guys are the worst in the auto business. I came in for repair but instead my car got damaged with noise coming from the left side. When I returned they did a fake diagnoses, charge me for it and never told me result. Staff are rude, unpleasant, and I will anyone to avoid their mechanical section it’s bad… they willRip you off and damage your car

I came into the store right after work and had my back pack on as I didn't want to leave it in the car as it had valuables in it. (Business casual/professional) Plus I could use it instead of buying a bag etc. The staff were more concerned with my backpack than the man sitting st the front sliding doors literally smoking crack as customers walked in. I even had my work ID badge visible with my name etc. I understand policy but I think that they'd be more concerned with addressing that issue. Get your priorities straight. Never shopping here again

If there was a 0 star rating, I would've chosen it. The experience that my husband and I had with the auto service department was absolutely appalling. He had his tires changed from winter to all season and they threw out his winter tires that were on it without asking which were in perfect condition. Would definitely not recommend tire change there unless you want to lose more money than you bargained for.

Today i really have a bad experienceOn 16 march I purchased RACQ and SHUTTLE-CHOCK . I had picked the expensive one because they we’re giving one year exchange warranty (one of there employee told us that you can exchange it for unlimited time for year and at the time only we had confirmed it from customer care)It was all good they had changed twice but on Monday one for there employee refused to exchange by saying that “we are not providing such kind of warranty “Then again i went on tuesday and employee said that “ we will exchange it because it has one year warranty but have to bring receipt “So today (Wednesday) again i went and again they refusedI don’t know what’s going on even there workers don’t know what warranty they are providingToday they are saying that we are not providing such warranty then why you guys has changed it twiceAnd why you had wasted my 3 day.Canadian tire workers had said about the warranty that why only i had spent money on this product so I don’t know why they are refusing .

Came in for the flash sale. There was road work going on, and getting into the parking lot was a nightmare, but I'm happy with the great deals I got. The store was neat and organized, and the sale stuff was all grouped in one area, which made my visit quick and easy. The girl at checkout was really nice.

I just really enjoy going to hardware stores. My favorite thing about Canadian Tire is you can go on the website, find what you want, see how many are in stock and *what isle it's in*. Which makes it so easy and you don't need to track down a rep for every little thing.This store was quite, staff were great and the garden section was dangerous. Found some really great deals

What kind of store is who respects their customer until 8:59pm and treats them bad at 9pm. So we went there today at around 8:40pm. We had to buy a bicycle which we knew and had all the details about. We walk in the store, ask the person to find us the one. This guy took 20 minutes to find a bicycle which should be in their system anyways but still didn’t have any idea about it and he calls another gentleman comes out at 9pm to tell us that it is not in the store but in the warehouse which is all okay and we were walking out when the store closing announcement was done, these 3 girls were like super rude saying we are closed and as we were walking out there was another guy idk maybe the owner or the manager in his casual outfit asked us if we are buying anything and we said we didn’t get what we were looking for and he being rude told us to get out. Like tbh we as customers were there to buy something and not wander around. This guy shouldn’t be rude at first place coz that’s what they are there for. Help the customers.. Such a bad experience that I might not even consider walking in there again. So to the management and the employees you are there to work, so work don’t boss around the place for no reason

What a disgusting customer service. I had some bags with me which I kept with customer service however I took my small bag pack which had my valuables but the Associate named “Aman” was so arrogant and stubborn about policy that she kept on repeating that same thing. My whole point is if you guys don’t trust us then how can we trust u with our valuables? It’s high time customer service needs to be improved especially the way ur associates speak.

After purchasing the product, when I came home and opened it, the bag containing the parts was torn and some parts were missing. I went to ask for a refund right away, but they said it was my fault for not checking. Need to open the product in store? I believed in the product and bought it, but it is absurd. It happened because someone else refunded without parts and the employee didn't check properly, but we suffered the damage. It was my first time there and I will never visit again

Usually have what I'm looking for plus a few extras. Of course...lol.Wish there was more workers available to help with what I'm looking for or at least some info instead of always needing to get other help.Maybe a little less annoying floor walkers and more knowledgeable workers for the section that they're working in. I find it takes way too long to find someone to get proper help. Seems like the more interested in following people that see if they're stealing or not when people like myself need help looking for lots of different things that I like to go look for at Canadian tire to buy where I find a lot of good household stuff that I need or in my case just finding good deals for doing little projects at home.
