I've enjoyed working for Bayshore, and the group of amazing hard working ladies that always go the extra mile for you and for ensureing thier clients are satisfied.I'm also humbled by the awsome group of ladies that work at Bayshore, especially because no matter what role these ladies have wheather it's the director Heather, coordinators Stephanie, Rachel and Michelle they are always willing to step and help you successed in your job.I'm turly expressing a big thank you for the opportunity for the growth that you have all provided me. As a recent caregiver hire of BHH, I’ve found that the management, schedulers and the support frontline workers all work equally hard to deliver services to clients throughout the central Okanagan, and beyond. As with any business model, nothing is perfect, and many factors can inundate the system with sudden staff sick calls, unpredictable issues that can affect delivery of services, but what I found in the last two months of work was the utmost support from management and director of care when I needed it. As an employee, this may sound biased but the key to make systems work is open communication and pro-active communications between clients, the support workers and the administrative staff.

Very flexible and good atmosphere to work in, love this branch and leadership team that operate it!

Very poor organization skills. The employees that work for them are usually great but the scheduling system is so flawed and unorganized that I have to say it's non-existent.The type of service that this place is to give has no room for incompatint and sloppy scheduling.Very very unsatisfied!!

They didn't show up for our initial appointment/assessment. When I called and spoke to the same woman who set up the appointment (she had called me from our online contact form and had an extended conversation about our needs) it was like she had no recollection of it. I'm not sure if the issue was lack of interest, disorganization or something else but given that they didn't keep the first appointment or call to cancel, we are no longer considering hiring them. How do I know if they will show up to care for my loved one?

I absolutely love working here. Healthcare, and especially home health, is a challenging field. Bayshores takes the cake though!! Seeing the smile on our clients faces after amazing care from a care aide or nurse just makes your day. And the team like atmosphere is constantly improving and growing. Leadership is found in all levels of this company which I truly value.

Bayshore is a fantastic organization to work for. No show ups, last minute cancellations, constantly changing personnel, just unreliable and inconsistent.
