Not quite sure what to think of the pharmacy, given I was a told to take twice as much advil and mix more medicine than the bottles advised. The had just as much knowledge of the cosmetic section as any other guy, though Eliza was patient and amazing to answer all my questions, not to mention she persuaded me to start collecting optimum. It's a handy dandy place with good service and fun people

Please turn off or remove your 'open till 10' back-lit sign. It's pretty darn ironic to get there at 8 p.m. to a locked up store and see that shining above your logo.

I’ve had to talk to the pharmacists a few times in the last 2 months and each time I go everyone behind the counter is super nice and they have always been able to help me with my questions even when they look really busy. It’s really comforting to go to a drugstore with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Very disappointed with this store. They say if you have the bill and your under the 30 days you can return any item that's a lie. My husband tried to return a product that wasn't what he wanted and they wouldn't do it because he had sliced a hole in the back of the package to see if it fit. $25 he's out they wouldn't even give him store credit. This is the 3rd time he's tried to return something I hope everyone asks about returning an item before you waste your hard earned money as for us we won't be coming back again

My wife and I were shopping at Shoppers today, Sunday June 5/22 and had to wait a long time at the check out for a cashier to appear. Other customers were using the automated checkout, perhaps 20 or so went through while we waited. I felt that we were being ignored so we would be forced to use the automated check out. When the cashier finally came, she was abrupt and unpleasant fulfilling my suspicions that the store is moving to expect us to use the automated check out. This is not what I expect from this large chain drugstore and was very disappointed. I had only cash.

I have received nothing but great service. Mike Holman prescribed me an allowable prescription and called a week later to see how I was doing. Also had an issue with a billing and Mike corrected immediately once we made him aware. I find the pharmacy service much better with Mike at the helm. Staff friendly and courteous.
